      Also....

      Plastic Deformity Theory
      Hot -> Cold = Best Stretch

      A heater like the one below is an ACE card !! Man I wish somebody had told me this....you must be warm if u wanna do PE, probably one of most important factors. I doubt anyone can effectively PE in cold room, with cold hands.

        Hey Beefster! Thanks for the tip about the DLD girth blasters. I just did a nice session of BM + SSJs. It went well and I will incorporate that into my program. Thanks again!

          Dude!! If you can replicate my pump routine on top of the phallosan, which ur already 1000+ hrs in, the results will be very good. I will be continuing my regular use of the BM, but definitely want to add a device for length. The phallosan + BM is a future experiment of mine to do.

            Rks are good for expansion but they Will not help you with stretches

              The reason I do RK with my stretches is because it relaxes the pelvic floor and further makes the tissues "let go".

                  Im not sure what u are saying. Yea, the stretch is restricted by the ligaments, the ligaments are connected to the pelvic floor right....RK make the pelvic floor more relaxed, therefore the ligaments become more relaxed. More relaxed ligaments means they are more pliable and capable of "deformation". This is also DLDs theory. Do u get it now?

                    I hope I can. This morning I did 2 BM supersets at 7 minutes BM + 3 minutes SSJ. They felt great! I also added kegels and RKs to my morning stretching. Thanks for that tip too!

                      Im not sure if u are familiar with weight lifting and building muscles, but I got fairly into bodybuild....The point im getting after is there were "advanced" training techniques such as supersetting, drop sets, and pre exhaust sets. The supersets have worked great for me in bodybuild and PE. I've been trying to find other things or techniques or combinations, to do in my PE...One of them is the RK + stretching, its kind of a pre-exhausting techinques imo. Just brainstorming ideas with you haha

                            C-ring on after for few hours. Did not cum. Its friday, i worked extra last two weeks, im tired, so my workouts past 2-3 days have been less intense, its probably a good thing.

                              Sex....I had really really good control of ejaculation....the RK really help me last longer and the Kegels make me stay harder. Heavy cum shot too...all good here. Gonna do some stretching
