  • Beefster's Progress Log

    Ive been a long time lurker, and recently have decided to join the Pegym community. I see this is a great place for people that share similar goals and this has motivated me to even start my own progress log. Im not a total noob at PE but I still have soo much to learn.

    Stats:
    BPEL: 6.75
    EG: 5.5+
    Pumped Length: 7.25
    Pumped girth: 6-6.25
    *as of 10/31/16, I havent measured girth yet. I've remeasured my BPEL few times.

    I've done basic manual work and played around a lot with the Bathmate x30. For the past 2 months ive used it 5x/week. Ive been doing DLD girth blasters a lot lately and found the BM supersets with manual girth exercises is a great way to gain. I am experimenting with BM hardcore stretches as well.

    Ill post some of the stuff ive written down for the past 2 months. I still have much much to learn so if any of you see me doing something wrong, or want to just point me in the right direction, please do so!

      Thats the total amount of time i used the BM. I always have 5-10min warm up in hot water. I do a lot of DLD girth blasters but a little modified, 7min pump + 3min SSJ/Horse squeeze =1set, and i do 3-5sets at most.

        Things I need to read up and experiment with:

        1)Kegels...been doing them, but need start an actual routine.
        2)Length stretches...incorporating BM Hardcore stretches.
        3)Cock ring extended wear....i keep reading about people wearing them for hours.
        4)Foreskin stretching...i feel that my skin on the tip is too tight and the girth expansion is pushing it apart
        5)A lot more stretches

                inside the BM i hit over the arrow, so roughtly 7.25in. i have a pic u can go check out in my albums.

                  Cool stats and routine... I've been playing it safe for about 8 weeks with my Bathmate with some Hardcore Stretches. I've been doing 3 sets of 5 min with SSJ in between and 150 jelqs on warmup and cool down. But now I'm ready to start increasing my sessions. I'm amazed how long you've been going. Are you not seeing a lot of fluid buildup? Have you tried pump sleeves? I've ordered a couple cock rings but they are not in yet to help with turtling. Any advise is appreciated!

                    I did see fluid build up, so i lowered to sessions to 3 sets of ~7min x 4min SSJ/Horsey. I dont use sleeves or wraps, but i plan on getting that next. The c-ring and turtleing? idk man, it restricts blood flow so if u do decide to wear it, make sure every 30min u take off and massage. I do wanna experiment with c-rings, ive only used them for sex and tried wearing on for extended time a few times.

                      Rough outline of what ive been doing...

                      AM
                      warm up, Bathmate pump, 3 sets of 7min + 3min SSJ/Horse squeeze

                      PM
                      Manual Basic stretches, left/right/down/up/etc... x30-60sec with Kegels.....LOSS of TUG theory

                      Kegels during the day, atleast 10 sets x quick squeeze, and Reverse Kegels x 10sets x10seconds.

                            35min Pump, 3 sets of 5/6/7min + 3 x1min SSJ/Horse + 6x1min Hardcore Stretches
                            Kegels during BM hardcore stretches + atleast 10sets of 10-20reps during day

                            11/7
                            No Pump
                            30min Basic Stretches...left/right/up/down/etc.. with quick kegels during, 30-60seconds
                            K and RK during the day
