Update: I find that posting everyday was becoming a nuisance. So, I have decided to post monthly updates of my routine. I feel like it will be easier for members to keep track of and see what weight and hours I am using without having to scroll through 20 pages of threads. My angles during my routine will not change during the months ahead. If I decide to change them then I will note at the start of each post, but I don't plan on changing them. Below I have posted an example of how I will post from now on.

My angles during routine:
15 minutes BTC with unit rotated to the left 90 degrees
15 minutes BTC with unit rotated to the right 90 degrees
30 minutes modified SD, sumo squat position (chest laying on the bed for support)

Original Post: I have just finished up 4 months of JP90 day program with some modifications and have seen good gains from it. I have decided to use the LG Hanger and a manual regimen I have made up. I will be posting my progress in here along with my workouts and how each session goes and how penis reacts to each session. Also, I am going on a no porn and no ejaculation cleanse (only refraining from self stimulated ejaculations) as well. I will keep track of the days while doing this. My goal is to keep my penis in an elastic state to maximize growth.
