    Hey guys! I recently started PE, and thought to myself that maybe a diary would help me to hold myself a bit more accountable, especially with daily updates, which this one is aimed to be.

    D1: 15/12-16

    First workout, atleast for a long time.
    Warmed up for probably 5 minutes under warm water, and then did 4-5 minutes of stretching total. 1 minute to each side (Up, down, left, right) And also a few all around swings.
    Then i did the last part of my workout which consisted of 20 dry jelqs and 20 V-jelqs


    So i'm really restricting the time i use in the beginning and also the intensity. I really want to make progress i can count on (no crazy swings in intensity and volume) Though it's hard not to tug the shit out of it :'(. This ends the first update. Feel free if you have anything on your mind you wanna ask or maybe a tip you want to share

      D2: 16/12-16

      Second workout.
      Warmed up for like 10 minutes in extremely hot water!
      Did manuel stretches in all directions for probably 5:30 minutes.
      Then did 23 dry jelqs and 23 V-Jelqs
      Probably like 10 minutes total. 3 minutes of warmdown
      I'm very cautious about my intensity and volume, i really wanna progress slowly and surely.
      Have some problems with the jelqs, as they are higher in intensity naturally so i'm not sure if that could be my downfall? Who knows, i'll see after like an month or so

        D3: 17/12-16 - Rest day

        beginning Measurements:

        completely flaccid lenght: 4 inches (not bone pressed)
        flaccid girth: 4,5 inches
        Erect lenght: 5,944 inches NBP (6,9 Bone pressed)
        Erect girth: 5,5 inches

          Hey Seba and welcome to the Gym

          Your decision to keep a diary is a good one and will help with accountability.

          Also your cautious start is commendable. You want to avoid injuries. Soon you will be conditioned and able to step it up a bit. The JP90 is an advanced beginner routine that I used and highly recommend. Congrats on your erect length. Much more impressive that my beginning measurements!

                            D4: 18-12-16

                            3rd day of PE. After my rest day yesterday i felt ready to go at it again!

                            I started out warming up for like 5 minutes (warm shower as i don't have a bath, i cri) Btw when i warmup in the shower i do some hellicopter swings (ulala) And some light stretches in all directions before moving on to the more intense part/the workout

                            Workout was:
                            about 6 minutes total of 10 second stretches in 5 directions: Up, down, straight out, left and right
                            26 LUBRICATED jelqs which i did with a bit more intensity than my ''usual'' dry ones, as it doesn't ''sore'' That much if you get what i mean (2 sets of 13)
                            26 LUBRICATED v-jelqs (also 2 sets of 13)
                            I rounded up the workout with 1 minute of pulling lightly around in a circle.

                            10 minutes total i'd say is a fair guess for the time spent workout it out today (eventhough it's monday now here in Denmark)

                            I am really excited about this journey, i know i will do absolutely great. I really have a dream and a sexual fantasy of having a huge cock (maybe too much porn hehehehe)

                            Btw guys if you are curious to know my on/off ratio it's 2:1 and that's because my last pe'ing routine was 1:1 (on daysff days) have a beautiful day and Glhf PEAAzee

                              D4: 18/12-16


                              Should've updated it back then lol, but i did 6 and a half minutes of stretching to all sides. (warmup was 5 minutes approx.)
                              Then 26 V jelqs and 26 normal jelqs with a 1 minute all around stretch to finish off.
                              Intensity was a little less than last workout i would say. Slowly building it up.
                              Warmdown was 5 minutes or so.
