      REST DAY!! (3-1)
      Unplanned!

      So the landlord is kicking me out, the holidays are over, a loooot of studying is coming my way...Not a great time for me and is having a bad effect on my PE.
      I take too many Rest days because I am short on time and I can't keep a good erection level.

                  Overtraining??

                  I don't know! The training volume and intensity that I am performing at currently is lower than what was pre-planned. But during the summer holidays I was taking too many breaks so I guess it's ok.
                  Today is the 7th successive training day! Tomorrow I'll be taking a rest day.
                  Is the insufficient morning wood due to overtraining?
                  Well I pushed it a bit more today so we'll see what the problem is.

                      Technique Discussion:

                      I don't know if I mentioned it in earlier posts, but the way I found to counteract the bigger-diameter-than-required of my cylinder for pumping, is to take a silicon sleeve, fold it in two and then twist it to form a double loop. Then I wear it on the base of the penis shaft. It not only provides constriction but also increases the diameter of the base so that the diameter of the cylinder is not that big anymore.

                      So TODAY, inspired by Getingbig (Cheers buddy), I used this same double-looped sleeve as wrapping for my clamping. Yo yooo! In addition I cut some pieces out of a material that is used to prevent slippage and is stuck on the base of objects and I stuck these around the inside of the clamp for extra comfort.

                      I have to say it worked great!!

                                • Fluid Retention: YES - BUT LESS! I removed the air pumping in between the cycles. Because I was pumping with a less than ideal Erection level, I was getting fluid built up.

                                Conversation Corner

                                I believe what is limiting my Girth Expeditions is the Corpora Cavernosa! During my girth exercises I notice that the Corpus Spongiosum gets a really nice pump and gets significantly bigger, while the Corpora Cavernosa exhibit no such behaviour.

                                As I understand, growth of the Corpora Cavernosa translates to a wider penis; which is what I am lacking. I probably understood this problem, subconsciously at least, a few months ago and that's why I have added the Slinky Bends to my routine.. But I don't like this exercise. I don't feel anything when performing it so I believe I should replace it with simply ERECT BENDS.

                                How would I go about performing these? -- 2 OK-grips (base and head), hold for a few seconds, then add 1 more finger to the base grip and bend and hold, then add 1 more finger to the base grip and......etc

                                Guys do you know any other good exercises that specifically target WIDTH? Feel free to share your ideas...to the conversation corner
