      Noted! For now I am just discovering the proper bathmate technique and trying to realize my penis' pumping limitations. But in a few weeks I will try the longer lower pressure pumps...and the mystifying hindi pumping!

          So what I've been up to since the 12. March? Well studying, studying and.... studying. I had a huge exam, very little time and a crazy amount of learning material. Unfortunately I had to "sacrifice" my P.E. time. But I did manage to pass my exam!! Yayyy!

          -Hey congrats Duude!
          -Yeah thank you man! No more anatomy and biochemistry for me!

          Some observations that I made:
          -For the first 10 days after pausing my routine I had consistent night and morning wood. I also noticed that my erect length was bigger but not so with my girth. No measurements were taken, only observations.
          -After the first 10 days I wasn't having such good wood and I feel that my hang is just a tad smaller. It may not be that it's smaller but it is certainly not hanging so carefree as before.

          Getting back on my feet/penis:
          -Hopefully I will start tomorrow or worst case on Friday. I will start with the same session I did on my 1st day of XLONGER30 routine (current routine)
          -I will be progressing faster so as to reach where I left off in about 2 weeks time.
          -6days on, 2off for the following 2 training weeks


          How have you guys been doing??
          Did I miss anything? Any awesome thread? Any funny stories?

              1st Training day - Week 5 - (catching-up Week 1)


              • warm up
              • Stretching: 4x5 Direction stretches (30s (stopwatch)), 200 S2S/Pendulum (Standing), 2x30s BTC, 4x10s Tunica Tugs
              • jelqing: 200x3s Jelqs, 3x40s ULIs
              • warm down
              • 2h Hours esl40



              Notes:
              • I was going easy as to have a smooth transition after the mini break. The stretches felt good and the head expansion with the Jelqs was crazy! Also had a good grip and good expansion with the ULIs. So all in all a good sesh.

                2nd day -X30


                • 6x10s light Tunica Tugs
                • 3min. warm up pump *(at the 12.5cm mark)
                • 3 Sets pump -SUPERSETED with- 3 Sets Squeezes *(at 13.7-14cm mark)
                  • 4min. pump - 30s Squeeze
                  • 4min. pump - 30s Squeeze
                  • 4min. pump - 30s Squeeze



                • 1 set edging with double fingerband - 10min.




                Notes:

                • Repumped at 2min. of each set.
                • Finished plump with no bruises
                • Seems I didn't forget my technique. It went smoothly. I might have overpumped just slightly on the last set since I was beginning to feel some discomfort so I released some pressure.
                • As expected I wasn't reaching the 14cm Mark so smoothly but I wasn't even expecting to reach that mark so I guess it's a good thing!



                Had a nice session today! No seal breaking. I missed the instant X30 gratification, even if it's only temporary!

                            Notes:

                            • Slowly adding training volume to catch up. It was a good session.
                            • After the exercises and during the esl40(ADS) it remains quite thick. Also I feel my flaccid is bigger.


                            Edit: Ended up ballooning late at night for about 12min (double fingerband).

                              • 3min. warm up pump *(at the 12.5-13cm mark)
                              • 3 Sets pump -SUPERSETED with- 3 Sets Squeezes *(at ~14cm mark)
                                • 4min. pump - 30s Squeeze
                                • 4min. pump - 30s Squeeze
                                • 5min. pump - 30s Squeeze



                              • 1 set edging with double fingerband - 11min.
                              • Ball massage and stretch




                              Notes:


                              • Repumped at 2min. of each set.
                              • Finished plump with no bruises.
                              • I didn't do any tunica tugs since apparently me penis was excited for the pump and couldn't stay flaccid.
                              • I was NOT reaching the 14cm mark as easily. All in all it wasn't a good session but neither a bad one. I am not sure what was causing the limited expansion? Fatigue? The lack of tunica tugs? We'll figure it out..
                              • I will be doing every day throughout the day some ball massages and stretches. I also need to be doing hindi squats!!

                              2 REST days to follow! But do not fear I will still be keeping an eye on the forum.

                              Edit: Edged later at night for ~14min with release. Tired, time to rest!

                                REST days. I was noticing that my flaccid wasn't as flexible/malleable as other days, even though I left it completely alone to rest. Could I have overtrained last week?

                                • warm up

                                • Jelqing: 210x3s Jelqs(~80%), THEN 2x30s Squeeze, THEN 4x40s ULIs (The order is important)
                                • warm down
                                • 2h Hours esl40



                                Notes:

                                • Slowly adding training volume to catch up.
                                • It was a decent girth session but not so with stretching. I should have probably not stretched with the same intensity as normal, considering I may have overtrained.



                                THEREFORE: I will slow down my catching up!!
