    2nd day -X30


    • 6x10s light Tunica Tugs
    • Ball massage and stretch
    • 3min. warm up pump *(at the 12.5-13cm mark)
    • 3 Sets pump -SUPERSETED with- 3 Sets Squeezes *(at ~13.8-14cm mark)
      • 4min. pump - 30s Squeeze
      • 4min. pump - 30s Squeeze
      • 5min. pump - 30s Squeeze




    • 1 set edging with double fingerband - 11min.
    • Ball massage and stretch





    Notes:


    • Repumped at 2min. of each set.
    • Finished plump with no bruises.
    • So this time i was reaching the 14cm Mark better than last time. I took it easier on the 1st set and climbed up to my mark more gradually.


    N.B.So I am either slightly fatigued or a bit anxious since my girl will be visiting me in 2 days....! I'll try to relax and see if it makes a difference. Oh what the problem is? Well my flaccid is not hanging so loose, relatively big and proud as before.

      3rd day -Manual- Week 6 - (catching-up Week 2)

      NO morning&night wood!! ...perhaps it was a one off.


      • warm up
      • Stretching: 4x5 Direction stretches (35s (stopwatch)), 250 S2S/Pendulum (Standing), 4x30s BTC, 5x10s Tunica Tugs
      • jelqing: 210x3s Jelqs(~80%), THEN 2x30s Squeeze, THEN 4x40s ULIs (The order is important)
      • warm down
      • 2h Hours esl40



      Notes:


      • I listened to myself and I resisted the urge to add training volume. Did the same manual session as last time. I even slightly lowered the intensity of the exercises.
      • It was a decent session.

        4th day -X30

        DID have morning/night wood! But only once instead of several as other times...!

        • Ball massage and stretch
        • 6x10s light Tunica Tugs
        • 3min. warm up pump *(from 12.5 to 13.5)
        • 3 Sets pump -SUPERSETED with- 3 Sets Squeezes *(reached ~14.2cm)
          • 4min. pump (1',2',3') - 30s Squeeze
          • 4min. pump (1',3') - 30s Squeeze
          • 5min. pump (1',2',4') - 30s Squeeze

        • 1 set edging with double fingerband - 12min.
        • Ball massage and stretch



        Notes:

        • I changed it up today! It wasn't planned but I think it worked quite well. Read below!
        • Finished plump with no bruises.
        • The Squeezes are taking 30s each. First 15s I slowly increase the pressure and at the last 15s I keep it high! Have always done it like that but never noted it.



        Technique:
        I started the warm up pump at around 12.5cm and I wasn't feeling much. So for the 2nd minute I repumped and reached the 13cm with ease. After one minute I repumped and went to the 13.5cm mark which is something that I never reached in a warm up and the transition was very smooth!

        So I said to myself: "Duude why don't you do the same thing with the following sets?" To which I replied: "Well that is a great idea! I shall try it good sir!"

        So I did! I repumped at the aforementioned minutes of each set.
        • 1st set: 13.5 - 13.8 - 14
        • 2nd set: 13.5 - 14
        • 3rd set: 13.8 - 14 - 14.2


        Thoughts on this: I repumped at the times I felt I had adapted to the pressure. I don't know if this is a valid technique since the time spent on the higher pressures is limited. But I guess if this way gets me to new higher pressures then it should kinda be the same? This reminds me of gym. But anyway we'll see how it goes.

          5th day -Manual- Week 6 - (catching-up Week 2)

          • Stayed with the same training volume (as planned) to avoid certain overtraining.
          • My girl is visiting me these days and the extra "exercise" is certainly making my PE feel more intense; even with keeping the volume the same and the intensity at medium.



          I MAY have to take a 3 day REST instead of 2! We'll see!

            6th day -X30 - "The great pump failure"

            Can't remember if I had morning/night wood...!


            • Ball massage and stretch
            • 6x10s light Tunica Tugs
            • Then ONE f*#$*@# hour of a f#@#@$ Leakfest followed!!!! The 3 min warm up took about 40 f#$^* minutes! Then during the 1st set of 4 minutes had to deal with more f**** leaks. 2nd set did 5 minutes and went better. Then I finally realized that the f***** comfort pad was the fucking culprit. Did my 3rd set for 5.5minutes. I apologize but I cannot contain my anger. I was in the bath for 70minutes. I persevered.
            • 1 set edging with double fingerband - 15min.!! Did more minutes to try and compensate for the previous shitfest.
            • Ball massage and stretch




            Notes:


            • I note that I persevered. I probably shouldn't get that mad but damn, it was infuriating. A magical, invisible leak...
            • The comfort pad really helps me so I am not sure how to deal with this. Also I have no f*ing clue why this hasn't happened before....! I will solve this great mystery!


            Now 2 OR 3 days rest!

              • sounds like you have a few days to find that pesky leak. i would wonder about trying a thorough cleaning to start with. might be as simple as that?

                      1st day -Manual- Week 7 - (kind of caught up)

                      I caught a cold during our trip and today morning I really felt that I was sick. Hot water, lemon and honey! I hope it will go away quickly.
                      But no matter the PE goes on!

                              • I think this new repumping system is working for me. It's like progressive loading. I give my penis some time to accommodate to the new pressure and then I increase it. I even reached the 14.2cm pump Mark today.
