Having hit a few bumps with my old routine I though I'd start a fresh log with a new outlook on everything.
Measurements
BPEL 7-7.25
NBPEL 6.5-6.75
MEG 4.8-5 (5 in my hand...shrinks a little when i get the tape on it)
NBPFL 4.3-5 (Usually 4.5 ish)
FG 4.25
Short term goal: 7 NBPEL & 5.25 MEG
Long term goal: 7+ NBPEL & 5.5 MEG
Routine as of Right now
10 min warm up with rice sock
75 wet jelqs at 4-5 sec strokes (150 individual strokes)
10 min warm down with rice sock
I also edge at least once a day for 20 mins. Usually in the evening and do my routine later at night before bed.
And I kegel on workout days. Usually 50 Regular and 50 RK's at 5+ sec holds.
Doing this routine 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off.
Just doing Jelqs right now as I find them to be both effective and enjoyable. Stretches were killing my EQ and I'm not really gunning for big length, but I would like a healthy girth. Also my length goals are pretty minimal and gaining half an inch Jelqing seems very doable.
Will be upping my reps to 100 Jelqs over the next 2 weeks and hope to do the full JP90 level of 150 comfortably and effectively in a months time. I really wanna take my time and perfect the jelq. After 3 months I plan to look into both UJ's and Big Al's Squeezes as many have reported good girth gains from those exercises.
Any thoughts on my routine/plan and my goals would be appreciated.
