I am not new to PE. I experienced some initial success with an extender/JP90 routine. I found the extender to be too intrusive and painful, so I purchased a Phallosan (which was much more comfortable and easier to wear in public).
I have had my phallosan for 2 years, but was derailed several times due to life events and being over-zealous (eg, blisters and other glans issues). Last year I also acquired a Bathmate and introduced it into my routine 3X/week. Due to the glans issues with Phallosan, I had to limit my wear-time to around 5 hours/day. Therefore, between March 1 and Dec 1 of 2016 I logged 880 hrs in the Phallosan. Measurements taken 12/01/16 sadly reflected no length gains and minimal (0.2 inch) girth increase.
Following a penis surgery (frenuloplasty & biopsy) on Dec 1, I have taken a month off of PE to recover and regroup. I also learned from my surgery that I have a condition called BXO (balantitis xerotic obliterans). This skin condition affects the foreskin, glans, and urethra. This was the reason my foreskin developed a circumferential ring of whitish, scar-like tissue that constricted my shaft. It also occurred at the site of my previous frenular injury, causing a narrowing of the urethral meatus (eg, pee-hole). I am happy to report that the surgery was successful and the BXO has resolved and the scarlike tissue has been replaced with healthy skin.
I have wondered if my PE had exacerbated my condition and whether I should continue in my efforts to increase my size. I want it SO bad, but don't want to compromise my health or sexual function. After much thought, I have decided to continue PE, but eliminate Phallosan for now. I am going to do a manual routine and incrementally incorporate extender and Bathmate devices.
Today I broke out my extender and am in the device as I am writing this--my plan is to start from the beginning (3 hours per day in my first week) and work up. I will also do a JP90 routine.
I am using this progress log to keep me accountable, to document my journey, seek advice from members, and hopefully encourage/inspire others.
