Im going to start hangin an hour at night and then pump shortly hopefully can also increase my flaccid at least 3 inches... How do you find wearing autoxleeve at work? I think its not very stealth since its 9 inches dangling with the cap

I received my autoxleeve items and initially I was underwhelmed with what I received. But I gave them some time and now think they will have a place in my routine. The quality of the 9oz weighted cap is great and I think the weighted cap is the only way to go for me and probaly wont ever use the stealth cap.
I wore the autoxleeve and weighted cap to work with no problems as it is easy to take on and off when you need to go pee. The real struggle is finding the balance between letting the weight hang freely and providing enough coverage so everyone can't see your bulge.
I took a 3 hour nap today with it on and it went great. No issues. It didn't feel awkward sleeping with it on and when I woke up I had a great flaccid hang going. I might try it for a full night of sleep tonight, post hang session.

For the New Year I have decided to be more diligent in recording my progress and total hang time and weight used per day. My goal is to get 100 minutes of hang time a day. I've been doing 60 minutes at 5lbs and 40 at 6.25lbs. Hopefully keeping a dedicated log and ensuring I hit a time target per day will help make gains throughout the year and hopefully hit 7" bpfsl/bpel by the end of the year.
I've been looking into getting the Phallosan Forte and downloaded their app and it says in 24 months I can go from 6.5 to 8.1 inches. Lol. Sounds too good to be true. How much can one realistically expect to gain with this in a year when paired with hanging? I guess I'll be the guinea pig.

So far my 100 minutes hang time per day seems to be working out well. I think the simple act of recording and monitoring hang time and weights used is important to track progress. I've noticed some guys say they aren't getting results from hanging but then they can't tell you what weight or for how long they hang per week.
I have consitently been getting 7" BPFSL measurements in the morning throughout the month, which is very exciting for me. I've also measured post hang and gotten anywhere from 7 1/4 and 7 1/2 which hanging with 5lbs and 7.5lbs. Hopefully over the course of the year I can get to 7.5" BPFSL in the morning.
Also, I've order the Phallosan Forte the other day and have already received tracking info. I'm excited to try this out and hopefully it works well for me at work.
