    Hi guys SmallEddie here, I'm not gonna be very active on this forum but I will however come back every month or so to update my PEgains.

    I'm planning to document my progress with pictures and accurate measurements, I'm inspired by other PEGymmer's journeys and I hope I'll be able to inspire other people to!

    Starting stats as of 13/01/2017 (friday the 13th )
    5" NBPEL (i wont be measuring BPEL)
    4.7" MSEG


    I'd like to hit 6.5" NBPEL and 5 - 5.5" MSEG, but I'm in no hurry by any means

    Starting routine (3 days a week):

    5 min warmup with stretches
    5 min jelqs
    10 min edge
    2x5 min bathmate x30


    See you in 1 month!

    I'm 3 weeks in, I'm only doing Bathmate about 3 times a week. Pumped until 4.5" when I first started out, right now pumping till 5.5" before it gets a bit uncomfortable. I also did kegels after every bathmate session. Also I'll measure BPEL now because its kind of hard to get consistent measurements NBPEL

    My stats now:
    BPEL: 14.3-14.5cm / 5.6-5.7"
    MSEG: 12.3-12.5cm/ 4.85-4.9" -> +0.15"
    Glans EG: 12cm/4.7"

    Also i should note that my EQ is way better than before and I mainly see improvements in the overal look of my dick, my glans used to be small compared to shaft but right now its about the same girth!

    I'm continuing my kegel/bathmate only regimen now 2 to 3 times a week. Not putting in to much of my time, I take baths after a long day and use that to get a pump session in. In it for the long haul!

      Hey man, going to be ordering a bath mate of my own this month and saw your thread. Just wanted to know what your experience has been like, what kind of manual PE you do with it and, most of all, if you've made any gains!

        So far it seems that i gained about 3mm girth which is 0.1", but thats after about 12 uses I think and I'm also new to PE so might be EQ gains. My routine so far only consisted of bathmate and kegels. Posting pics soon.

          Time for progress pictures, these are all taken without temporary bathmate gains. (atleast 1 day between bathmate session and picture)

          Overall I feel that my dick feels more solid than when starting out. Gainwise I have around 0.2" length and 0.1" girth probably.

            19/02 bathmate session like usual, 150 side to side stretches

            First time that I measure 6" BPEL, 4.9" MEG. Got super excited breaking the 6" barrier, 6.5" BPEL end goal doesnt seem that far of anymore (even though the measurements are probably temporary gains)

            Also noticed that the bathmate x30 gives pretty accurate measurements when i compare to BPEL. Can pump to a tad before 6" right now

              You're making gains!!! Congrats! I'm sure you'll hit your goal this year. I find the ruler on my bathmate to be pretty spot on also. I measure about the same in and out of the pump.. keep it going, you're on your way.

                Thanks , so far i only did PE about 2/3 times a week with only pumping about 20-30 mins and quick 100 to 150 side to side stretches afterwards. Didn't think i would progress doing only this (pretty lazy compared to some other routines on here), but it motivates me to do more PE!
