    I am back to updating my log regularly.

    My university exam seassion went well.All exams are passed I am happy and feel relief.It could be better,but still no exams left.I need to admit that proffesors showed a bit of mercy to us The last exam I went completely not prepared and simply played the lottery there...I have a "D" like americans called it.Nevermind,I am happy that this things ended good for me and I can go back to my routines in life-gym,PE,work,friends and so on.

    I am back to my regular lenght routines two times per day.The quality is decent and I can say that I am officially ready for some new lenght gains.I needed some time to get there-about 2 weeks of poor quality workouts and no gains,but now the workouts are solid again and I expect some progress on lenght soon.

    I was doing my tunica workout recently,but I don`t think I am going to see much...I believe I am going to be better with 2 workouts per day and different structure.

    EQ is up and I feel very horny recently.My girth gains from the girth only period are still there It makes me happy that I got 2 weeks + of no girth workouts and my shaft feels so pumped and solid.I hope that some strong PE months are comming!I am feeling optimistic about it.

    Workout # 1

    2 Cicles of:

    -2 sets of basic stretches-streight out direction x 1 min
    -2 sets of basic stretches-down direction x 1 min
    -100 Side to side stretches
    ___________________________________________
    -2 sets of basic stretches-up direction x 1 min
    -100 side to side stretches
    __________________________________________
    2 Cicles of:

    -1 set of basic stretches- left direction x 1 min
    -1 set of basic stretches -right direction x 1 min
    -25 circle stretches


    Workout # 2

    2 Circles of:
    -1 set of basic stretches-streight ot direction x 1 min
    -2 sets of basic stretches-down direction x 1 min
    -100 side to side stretches
    ___________________________________________

    -6 sets of bundled stretches x 70 sec( 3 sets rotating to the left and 3 sets rotating to the right)
    ____________________________________________
    -2 sets of basic stretches-up direction x 1 min
    -100 side to side stretches
    ____________________________________________
    -1 set of flaccid bends-up,down,left,right directions x 1 min each.




    This is how my new routine looks like.

    Hi,

    Which extender brand are you using? if the glans turn blue is because:

    1 you fit it too tight
    2. you are using a leghth that is still away from your real measure.

    Have you tried velcro? it works.
    Jes extender sells them for $50 but you can make it yourself for a couple of € .I am in Europe.
    Do not forget to use some cotton under the glans,gauze and one of those gel like stripes for firgers.you cut them the lenghth you need.it is like an elastic fabric on one side and a gel like on the other.
