    I'm JRock and this is my log. I'm currently 25 and have lost a lot of weight, 85 pounds so far, through much determination and sheer will power this past year, though healthily I might add. As I say, strive for the best and that is why I am here, haha. You are the master of your own universe, so if you don't like something... change it! I'm not too happy with my size, and would love that extra boost of confidence, no doubt.

    Starting stats:
    BPFL: 4.5in - problems with turtling
    FG: 3.75in
    BPEL: 6in
    EG: 4.75

    I don't have a particular goal in mind yet, but would love a good flaccid hang and a bit more flaccid and erect girth especially.

    Here are some initial pics to start out with. I have been doing pe, but not religiously yet as I've yet to make it a habit. I have noticed a much better flaccid hang already and a good increase in erection quality. Very nice! So I'm motivated, just have to keep going.

      Progress is Good

      Well, it's been a few months and in that time I've furthered my fitness goals as well as my PE goals. There is also a good bit of a break in there from PE, as I needed time to concentrate on other things. In that time I have added close to a full inch in length! I haven't been as lucky with girth, but I probably just need to adjust my workout to better suit my needs. EQ has been outstanding and I've never felt better. Good luck to us all!

            Aiming for - 7.5" NBPEL x 5.75" MSEG

              I haven't been following my original workout routine that I had planned out, but I'm following a much simpler one and getting great results on my girth. In the evenings I have been bringing myself to a good erection level, pumping in the bathmate for about 10-15 mins then jelqing at max erection level with slow, hard squeezes then I warm-down in the bathmate for another 10-15 mins. In the mornings I have been just wearing the bathmate for about 10 mins in the shower, then slipping on a cock ring and a stealth innerwear for a good portion of the day. So far my flaccid hang is much improved and erections are the BEST I've ever had and are just about on-demand at this point. I'm much impressed with this!! Finally, I have gained right around .15in in girth! For all intents and purposes, I started at 5in girth when I restarted PE about 4 weeks ago.
