    • JP90 stretches + 4-direction stretches--stretching over 1 finger, 2 fingers, then 3 fingers @ base of shaft (15 sec holds)
    • 2 hrs ExtenderPro
    • 15 minutes in Bathmate @ 5.5-6"
    • 1 hr "hanging" with Stealth/corkscrew combo
    • 2 hours Stealth Innerwear w/girth band

    Notes: I really liked doing the directional stretches and changing the "bend" point on the shaft for stretching.

    Notes: After several days of PE, I felt that I needed a light day today. Still had morning wood, but dick feeling a little sore/fatigued.

        • 23 minutes in Bathmate @ 5.5 to just a hair under 6.5" (I removed the device halfway through and reapplied...this seems to give me the ability to almost reach that 6.5 mark). I am increasing the time per the advice of BM rep.
