      Hey Greg, when you're jelqing, are you doing the Ultimate Jelqs described by rbi99? Those really impacted my girth by making my CS very prominent on the underside of my shaft. It's very cool to see when erect. The UJs really target your CS and definitely worked for me. You might want to check our rbi99. His signature gives a link to his Ultimate Jelq description which is very detailed.

        Hi Getinbig, thanks for the tip! I love UJs!! When I'm jelqing I typically do a mix of regular wet jelqs & UJs, followed by V-jelqs (with the Palmer's cocoa butter you got me on). I only do a mix because UJs take more time and I get impatient...haha

        I reread rbi99's post to make sure--I think I need to hold/tighten the grip at the base of the glans (I have not been doing that part of it).

        With my routine, do you think I should strive for more jelqing??

          Hey Greg. I'm so glad you like UJs like I do. They are great...but they do take more time...but it's essential that we do them right if we want to maximize our potential for gaining girth.
          As far as your routine goes, it looks like a good one. I'm kind of a girth nut lately, so I would probably think about adding ULIs after your jelqing. I started with 15 second ULIs and gradually worked up to holding them for 30 seconds. They are great for girth. I later got into a two hand horse squeeze holding them for 15 seconds...

            Thanks for taking the time to analyze my routine! Funny you mention those exercises, after reading some of your posts earlier today, I have actually been researching how to do ULIs and horse squeezes. I've tried them before, but never added them as part of a routine. Bring on the girth!!

            For starting, how many 15 sec ULIs should I shoot for?

              I used to do a squeeze after each 50 UJs...I began with three and then added more...I'd have to look and see how many I was doing after a while...

                    Update 10/17/17: After a short break from PE I am back at it full steam ahead. Today I added another 0.2 inch (0.5 cm) extension on my ExtenderPro this morning. I am now stretching at 900 grams of traction force, which makes my length in the extender 6.3 inches (16 cm). This is what they call progress folks

                    Yesterday I finally was able to use the Stealth with the corkscrew for an extended period of time (2 hrs). I've never attempted hanging, but the corkscrew is fairly heavy and I positioned myself to allow a good hang--it felt awesome!

                    Also, I received my dual infrared/red light device and have started using it for 3 minutes on the top side and underside of my dick before and after PE. I am excited to add this to my routine!!! I'm hoping the red light therapy will accentuate my PE and be good for my previous BXO and post-frenuloplasty areas.
