          Hey Greg,

          I appreciate your in depth detail of your routines. Have you measured yourself since your initial start in this thread? Tbh we are pretty much at the same exact starting measurements. Im looking to see what the possibilities are for people who started with around our sizes and what we can potentially get to.

            Thanks for checking out my progress log and the nice compliment! I have held back from measuring since starting this log. This is because I wanted to focus on the process and because I am afraid that if I don't see the progress I want I will give up. I will be measuring soon (and I feel like I have experienced some gains). I have no ideas of grandeur that I will ever be super hung, but I do want to go up the scale from where I am at.

            Have you been doing PE? Seen any gains??

              I have only started my PE training this week really. I tried it about 3 summers ago but never stuck with it. I really want to increase my size though. My goal would be about 7 inches BPEL and like 5.5 EG but who knows if I can hit that. Like I said earlier i'm just about your size and wish I was much girthier. I'm going to try my hardest to do the JP 90 challenege. I'm currently looking for a new job so I have the time to do exercises all day. Honestly along with gaining lenght/girth gains I want to better the health of my penis which would bring me great joy as I feel that it isn't in the state which it should be. So far this week I did 3 x 40 reg Jelqs and 3 x 10 V jelqs. No warm up or warm down as I feel it is just a hassle and I haven't really felt any negative indicators really.

                JP90 is a great way to condition your penis & improve erection quality. Lots of guys have reported gains with JP90 alone! It is a significant routine and will test your commitment to the process of PE. Stay consistent and keep a log--I am confident if you do you will see positive results. You really shouldn't skip warm up--the application of heat warms the tissue and helps it and the ligaments stretch. A 5 min warmup using a rice bag that has been heated in the microwave for a minute is the best warmup in my opinion.

                        Yes, the rice you use is just regular cooking rice. You fill a cloth bag 3/4 full of rice and sew it closed; you can reheat it for about a year. The heat is surprisingly a moist heat, perfect for PE. You can purchase them, but many people make them homemade.

                          UPDATE: I took a month off of PE, which means that I did not reach my goal of 1000 hrs in the ExtenderPro by the end of 2017. I decided to go ahead and measure to check my 2017 gains. I measure 3 different days at different times with the same measurements; they are as follows:

                          New erect length: 5.75" (+0.25")

                          New erect mid-shaft girth: 4.5" (+0.2")

                          The results of almost an entire year of consistent PE were not as impressive as I had hoped...but they are gains.

                          Moving forward: My plan is to continue the routine I was on last year. I am wanting to try a hanging routine and am curious as to what Stealth will be bringing to the market--so I will continue my extender, pump, and Stealth combo. Cheers

                            Ok, back to it!

                            Last Thursday I did a 4 hour Extender/15 min Bathmate Routine; Friday was taken by school orientation and other things; Saturday I did 15 min Bathmate, one hour Extender Pro, and one hour wearing Stealth with Corkscrew. But this week I start my routine (see below).

                            1/8/18 -Warmup with light stretching (5 min)

                            -1 hr Extender Pro

                            -15 min Bathmate (5.5-6.25")

                            -3 hrs Extender Pro

                            -Warm-down and light stretching (10 min with heated rice bag)

                            Note: I wanted to do more PE today, but I caught the edge of my fingernail on my glans when removing the extender and it bled like a SOB! I planned to do another hour of extending, another BM pump, then wear the Stealth--oh well, at least I am back to it.
                            1/9/18 Resting today to allow glans cut to heal
                            1/10/18 -warmup and JP90 stretches

                            1/11/18 -warmup and JP90 Stretch sequence
