I am now officially back to PE! It's been some time but I am ready to kill it with the gains and fall forward when I get hard.
My initial measurements- 6.25 BPEL x 4.5 EG.
Current- 6.25 BPEL x 5 MEG and 4.7 BG
Goals:
Short term: 6.5 BPEL x BG 5
Long term 7.5 BPEL x 5.25 EG
Ultimate: 8.25 BPEL x 5.5 EG
Potential Ultimate 8.5 BPEL x 6 BPEL (if I want to keep doing PE)
My routine so far is jelqing (2-3 sec) and oriental massage for conditioning done 2x a day and stamina training after one of those routine. Here I go... It's gonna be a long way down from here!
2/2:
hotup (burned my dick )
150 jelqs
oriental massage
warmdown
stretching and 5 min hindi
Dick passed inspection! Good hang, more veins, no red spots or bruising!
