  • A little bit of everything, my new log

    New regime starting, so new log.

    I have been doing PE since August 2016, so not very long. I initially looked at a way of curing my Peyrone's a little and stumbled on traction devices. A little more Reading I found that I could grow my penis too....win, win. I've always been conscious about my ol fella as I was 6.5" BPEL and suffered immensely with the dreaded turtle syndrome. I have always hated getting changed around other men and public toilet urinals.......

    So I started jelqing but was never consistent.
    I bought a Male Edge Pro traction device simply because it was all I could afford. This has had its ups and downs. It has broken on me so many times, parts replaced and now I have to tape the cradle to the arms because it pops off and catches the skin which is so painful.
    I managed to get approx 0.5" erect length out of this with most days being a 9hour wear. I haven't budged in a while so I've hit plateau.
    So a new approach is needed.
    Hanging.... I'm going to build a Captains Wench to get me started. If this proves well, I'll eventually get an LG hanger. But I need to see for myself first if it is the way forward.
    I'm also jelqing as much as I can. Grabbing 5 mins every hour to do 100reps.
    When I get to my length goal of 7.5-8" BPEL, I'll then concentrate on girth to get to my 6" Goal. So about an inch both ways.
    So I'll try to keep this log updated when I can.

    To add to the above....
    I also suffer from premature ejeculations. Always have. Maybe it's due to anxiety or more likely anxiety coupled with rushing through it as a youngster. This will also be addressed. I've been trying to recognise my arousal levels and stopping just before the PONR. Some days I manage it, some days I don't. When I don't manage it and go over, I do get very angry with myself. One side of my mind is saying right, now stop! The other side is screaming for release. so there's a mini battle going on.
    Kegels have been hit and miss. I can hold them for a long time, I find it hard to wear them out. I think that I'll have to do weighted kegels to make it worth while.

    Updates will be when I start with the wench. Which I plan on doing 2x20 min sets a day.
    For now, my traction device will have a break.

      Hey mate, ill just chime in.

      It Sounds to me you have pelvic floor tension, the way you describe the major turteling, your premature ejaculation, and your kegeling.

      You should skip the kegels and go with hindi squats and rks, i had the same trouble as you.

      I actually thought My flaccid always was small since Ive been tense for 15 years, until now it hangs very Good when the tension is gone.

        Thanks for that, I'll look into the hands squats.
        How long was it before you loosened off. Reverse kegels have done nothing for me.

          It can take a long time.

          I actually Done it for 5 months now every day and not 1 single regular kegel.

          But in these 5 months My flaccid is muuuch less turteled, My premature ejaculation is gone, My weak urination is gone.

          With other words, i could not be happier

            That's great to hear. I'll have to have a look into it. How long did you hold the squat for?

              3 squats 5 minutes each every day and just do rks whenever you remember, i did rks all day long and i literally felt My pelvic floor drop and become more and more relaxed every day.

                OK, I'll start today. I can even do it whilst hanging maybe? Before bed. I had read about these a while ago on here. Never put them into practice. I'll have to remember to reverse kegel more. I do tense my abs though and find it hard to do without it.

                  Due to my apparent super tense pelvic floor and not being able to relax/control/ counter my IKs and the fact that edging is so difficult, I'm going to abstain from any self stimulating until my pelvic floor is sorted. Obviously if the wife wants a session, I can't afford to say no, don't get many chances due to life but it will also give me a good idea of where I'm at in real life sex, the real deal.
                  So RKs whenever I can and Hindu squats at night before bed.....

                    Yes just get those RKS under Control and its ok to use the abs in the beginning, the reason you need abs are because you are tense, the first proof.

                    Later on you wont need the abs, and with the masturbating/edging, its just counter-productive when you are very tense and have iks all the time, i understand if you cant say no to your wife so i guess you can do that but atleast keep away from edging and masturbating by yourself.

                    When you feel you got the hang of it you must do RKS during your hindi squat, it is crucial and it makes it all much more intense.

                    Also when you feel you are getting loose down there, then you can start edging again and just work on counter the IKS and eventually they will all dissapear.

                      Thanks for the advice again John. OK so hanging will be on its own then the squats and RKs. I'll do RKs all day also, every day should be OK as RKs are a form of relaxing the muscles rather than strengthen them which does require rest days.
                      So I'll watch some YouTube videos on the Hindu squat and get it mastered and do them every day with RKs as prescribed. I'll publish how o get on.

                      Yes no stimulating unless the wife wants some of course. I dare not say no. It's infrequent enough as it is!

                        Throughout today I have done exactly 800 reps of jelqing. No negative sides as yet. Will be taking the weekend off all PE apart from Hindu squats and RKs See how I get on?
                        I will measure my penis on a Friday every 2 weeks to see how I'm getting on with that and also my curve.

                        Now I just need to loose a few kilos of lard, get my CV back to top notch and slowly ween myself off nicotine and caffeine...... Dear God I'm not looking forward to that. Pray for me!

                          I've not long started doing longer Hindi squats and man it's really stretches my inner thigh/ pelvic floor.

                          I've ordered my bib hanger, will note what I think of it in my log. Might start a new one like you.

                          I have an ongoing pre e issue which I'm still tackling what my triggers are.

                          Porn really messes it up, I made that mistake. Going long times without a release was counter productive for me and made me hypersensitive. Causing even quicker ponr.

                          If I have more success with my current routine I'll chime in.

                            Yes. That's cool. I'm sure you'll get the results you need.
                            Hope the bib goes well. I hear so many mixed feelings about the bib. The price is much better than the LG though.

                            I did a couple of rounds of holding a squat. I didn't feel anything on my Pelvic floor. Maybe my posture was off? I don't know?

                            As for Porn, I'm not a big watcher, not that it does nothing for me, it certainly does, I just can't be bothered and I haven't watched any for longer than I can remember. My problems is, I only have to think in my head to get aroused. That's something I have to work on controlling along with breathing and RKs throughout the day when I remember.
                            I'll do some more squats tonight and see how things go?

                            I'll definitely look at your new progress log. Let me know when it's online.

                            My materials for my Wench haven't arrived yet. Eventually I'll get there.

                              Been so busy today. Only managed to get 400 jelq reps in today. No time for RKs either. I'll try and get some done tonight though.
