I finally decided to start a log here at the gym!! yayy!!
It's mostly for myself to review my actions, help me stay consistent and to motivae me, but also to be a place for others to share their insights and advice about my activities with me. And hopefully one day also to use as source for knowledge and inspiration for other members.
I first enterd the gym at June 16', But I was relly inconsistent. but got more and more consistent by November,and than i had really long break till the end of the year.
I started again with a lighter routine that i can stay consistent with at December 25th, 2016. And im very consistent with my routine except for last week which was horrilby load with other stuff to do.
My stats:
EQ 8/10
Start was
BPEL 6.1
MSEG 4.5-4.7
Now i'm
BPEL 6.3
BPFSL 6.5
MSEG 4.75
Under the glans girth 4.5
BEG 4.9
My routine is in the shower and looks like:
5-7 min warm-up + basic 6-way streches (including BTC)
6-8 min jelq (regular, palm out, V and ^)
10-12 min Bathmate X30
6-8 min jelq (regular, palm out, V and ^)
5-7 min warm-down + basic 6-way streches (including BTC)
I do 2-3 on 1-2 off depending on my PI's.
After that i wear my Phallosan for 7-11 hours ( most of them while sleeping) and take rest days of it only when i have no choice.
Edge few times a week.
supplements:
Ginko and Ginseng early in the morning with empty stomach.
multy-vitamin with breakfest.
L-arginine 500mg and zinc picolinate befor bed.
also drink fresh juice with beats and ginger 6 days a week.
drink also chinese green tee
and sometimes whey powder.
My goals are:
EQ 10/10
Short term goal 7 x 5
Long term goal 7.5 x 5.5
Final goal 8 x 6
