    Hello to all!

    I finally decided to start a log here at the gym!! yayy!!

    It's mostly for myself to review my actions, help me stay consistent and to motivae me, but also to be a place for others to share their insights and advice about my activities with me. And hopefully one day also to use as source for knowledge and inspiration for other members.

    I first enterd the gym at June 16', But I was relly inconsistent. but got more and more consistent by November,and than i had really long break till the end of the year.
    I started again with a lighter routine that i can stay consistent with at December 25th, 2016. And im very consistent with my routine except for last week which was horrilby load with other stuff to do.

    My stats:

    EQ 8/10
    Start was
    BPEL 6.1
    MSEG 4.5-4.7

    Now i'm
    BPEL 6.3
    BPFSL 6.5
    MSEG 4.75
    Under the glans girth 4.5
    BEG 4.9

    My routine is in the shower and looks like:

    5-7 min warm-up + basic 6-way streches (including BTC)
    6-8 min jelq (regular, palm out, V and ^)
    10-12 min Bathmate X30
    6-8 min jelq (regular, palm out, V and ^)
    5-7 min warm-down + basic 6-way streches (including BTC)

    I do 2-3 on 1-2 off depending on my PI's.

    After that i wear my Phallosan for 7-11 hours ( most of them while sleeping) and take rest days of it only when i have no choice.

    Edge few times a week.

    supplements:

    Ginko and Ginseng early in the morning with empty stomach.
    multy-vitamin with breakfest.
    L-arginine 500mg and zinc picolinate befor bed.
    also drink fresh juice with beats and ginger 6 days a week.
    drink also chinese green tee
    and sometimes whey powder.

    My goals are:

    EQ 10/10

    Short term goal 7 x 5
    Long term goal 7.5 x 5.5
    Final goal 8 x 6

      I just finish my regular workout whic was

      5-7 min warm-up + basic 6-way streches (including BTC)
      6-8 min jelq (regular, palm out, V and ^)
      10-12 min Bathmate X30

      5-7 min warm-down + basic 6-way streches (including BTC)

      having some trouble with the BM the last two sessions, just hurt :/

      and then put on my PF.

            Actually yes, the naturopath who sold me all the supplemental sayd that it encourages the release of HGH which released at sleep time so it's best to take it one hour before bed.

                was excellent session, got great expansion.
                BM session was very good after the last two which was too much painful. Still can't figure what caused it to hurt so much the only thing that was different is that I didn't ejaculate few hours before the workout yesterday. I managed to get to the 18cm mark on the BM scale for the third time ever, I'm not using the the comfort pad, sometimes it's just doesn't hurt and I can put more pressure without any issues.

                Also I incorporated bundle stretches half-turn for the first time after reading that it can effect girth even though it targets the tunica. And I have a weird intuitive feeling that the tunica is my limiting factor girth-wise while the SM limits me length-wise.

                        Didn't do my workout today, was too tired and angry to let anything good happen. Also my D was exhausted. I guess over stimulating and too much ejacuation, so skin was very irritated, scratchy and sore.

                        Was even too much for completing Full PF session so only 4 hours.

                            did my routine today. Was a good session. I had to cut off two hours of the PF because of discomfort of the skin inside the bell.
