    New to PE but been looking for a while at the different routines. Penis looks small but I think its measurements are average. I just want to see if PE really works. I've never had any complaints but I would like a thicker penis and length would be fine as well.

    My bpel is 5.5" from top but it curves up and to the right. I used a tape measure. My penis used to look bigger until the curve became more pronounced. The weird thing is my bpel penis is 6.2" if you measure from the left side and 5" if you measure from the right side of my penis. My girth is lacking alot. At the thickest it measures 4.5" mseg but the base is only 4".

    My routine includes a ten minute warmup, penis stretches down straighout left and right flaccid, flaccid penis bend down and to the left to try and correct my curve. Next I do 150 jelqs at 20-30% erection level I also try to focus on going slow and not grasping too hard. After jelqs are done then I do a 10 minute cool down and finish with same stretch I started with. Not sure if stretching before and after makes a difference but I figure PE should be treated the same way I treat my regular gym workouts.

    I do PE MWF and rest in between. I like doing PE after my gym sessions. I am also taking supplements arginine, ginseng, gingko biloba and lysine. Other things I'm taking not related to PE are isotretinoin, cetirizine and lactobacillus. Here we go. I update with weekly posts.

    Because your goals are girth based consider doing your jelqs at 50-60% erection level. Jelq against the curve to help retrain the penis and promote growth on the short side. Good luck and keep posting. Welcome

        Hey small and welcome to the forums, we are glad you decided to join. I wish you had chosen a more motivating name for yourself - this is the start of your journey after all and we expect you to exit in a more positive position. You can always request a user name adjustment so keep that in mind. We like to think of things in terms of positives and progress needs motivation both from a mindset and from a belief that change will occur. Take those things under advisement. Look first to the START HERE button located above or in the stickies in the beginner forums. It will teach you proper technique and gives established programs that have delivered sound results. Follow a routine like JP90 and commit to the full 90 days. Use the forums for support and contribute and ask questions along the way. Thrilled to have you here. Good luck on your journey.

          Hey smallies!

          Welcome to the Gym.

          It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

          Pumping is a great way to gain girth; however you should condition your dick before embarking on an intensive pumping regemin.

          It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

          Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

          Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

          PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

            When jelqing against the curve, what do you do? One handed jelqs?

              Yes about 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time do regular 2 handed jelqs.

                  A normal jelq is when both hands have travelled forward over the length of the penis. With one handed you just keep sliding the same hand forward. Used to keep pressure on one side of the penis to encourage growth in one CC.

                    Hey Smallies,

                    I kinda got the same penis stats as you however, i dont consider myself small. Have more confidence in urself . I am kinda using a modified version of PESG for my gains but the main objectives is the same as urs .... GIRTH GAINS. I heard that bathmate is good to have girth gains hence going to conditioned my dick for maybe about 6 months before doing my bathmate routine. Cheers!

                        Update: 3/12/17.
                        PE on MWF after my gym workouts. Getting morning wood consistently and switched to sleeping nude. I found that if I use a sock to warm down it makes my penis shrink so I just stretch after I'm done jelqing and call it a night. Bigger flaccid hangs throughout the day.

                          Update:3/21/17.
                          Still sticking to PE on MWF. Tried jelqing harder on 3/17/17 session but penis went numb. Rested weekend and now sensation is slowly coming back. Very scary but learned my lesson. My flaccid penis is hanging lower but erect size still looks the same. I guess it might depend on angle as well because sometimes it looks big. I do a little bit of edging after PE but I noticed my erections have been a lot weaker in the mornings so I cut back a lot and only edge 1-2 times per week now. Feeling good and trying to figure out whats working.

                          I realized I never set goals so here it is.
                          Current: Last measured 2 weeks ago and probably not gonna measure until a month passes.
                          BPEL: 5.5, MSEG: 4.5
                          Short Term:
                          BPEL: 6.5, MSEG: 4.8
                          Long Term:
                          BPEL: 7.5, MSEG: 5.5

                            3/26/17: Adjusting routine based on PI's. Still doing a 10 minute warmup with ricesock. Stretches down, straight out, left and right. Then down again. After I do the A-stretch. 50 slow jelqs and then finish with edging. I've noticed that I have a bigger flaccid hang but my penis is still curved up and to the right.

                              You're girth is about the same as mine. Don't feel too bad about it. I certainly don't.
