well i restarted. cause lack of time. now when i came back i see gators progress routine and i think it will work. so i add a v-jelq in his routine. so my routine is 10min warm up . 5 way stretch 60sec each. 10 v jelq. doing 2on 1off. . wish me luck and i hope i finish this.

I don't get the red spot either but I'm still making some progress.
I think it's best to add more intensity/time to the workouts gradually so you can find the optimal point where you gain with as little effort as possible. Probably add 5-10 jelqs over a few session and watch your PIs. I'm no expert but I think this is the safer way to go.
