  • new log! Progression routine!

    well i restarted. cause lack of time. now when i came back i see gators progress routine and i think it will work. so i add a v-jelq in his routine. so my routine is 10min warm up . 5 way stretch 60sec each. 10 v jelq. doing 2on 1off. . wish me luck and i hope i finish this.

    Hi tenacious_d,

    Consider adding either a cool-down or a warm-down at the end of the routine. This might help you, and many members swear by at least one or the other.

        just finished my 2nd day of p.e. . i add edging on my routine. i lasted only 25min. im having hard time to get my dick on erect state so i masterbate for about 10 sec and it was erected. i hit 2 times PONR . on the 3rd i kegel hard then a little semen peeped out on then i stop. Off day tomorrow.

            i dont get a morning wood T_T. is this ok?

              finished my 4th day on P.E. my penis feels good.

                  i finish my 1st week of progression routine! i will add 25wet jelqs and 5 vjelqs on my routine! in my first week i get morning woods! just that before i go to sleep i take off my underwear. i hope this routine works!

                    Hey tenacious_d!
                    I don't get the red spot either but I'm still making some progress.
                    I think it's best to add more intensity/time to the workouts gradually so you can find the optimal point where you gain with as little effort as possible. Probably add 5-10 jelqs over a few session and watch your PIs. I'm no expert but I think this is the safer way to go.

                          just finished my 2nd week of my p.e.! i will add 25 wet jelqs and 5 vjelq. total of 100wet jelq and 20vjelq. i will cut my stretching to 30sec every direction. . i dry edge for about 1hr! and hit 3 PONR. and then i ejaculate. it is full of LOAD! wish me luck on my journey
