    It arrived!

    As we speak I'm on my second set hanging and it's actually pretty comfortable. Hanging 15 lbs aswell.

    Will need to look at perfecting my wrap and attachment of the bib.

    Currently doing Sd stretch with the odd lean back.

    Not sure how I can keep my hanging hours up as this is a lot more tedious to set and remove fast. Perhaps more practice will help.

    As for how the bib is made seems pretty strong so should last, having issues getting it washers over the clamp when putting it on. Like my girth is fighting back.

    Would be nice to see some gains!

    Ok wrapping with this hanger is going to be something I need to perfect.
    My 3rd set was a disaster because I tried to reward and could not get it to stop slipping.

    I think I've got it Sussed now.
    My current wrapping technique is this.

    Using a silicon sleeve put it on right down the shaft, then roll the theraband as tight as I can around it. Attach the hanger as close to my base as possible.(this might be something I need to work on but arm this is the only way I can get it to sop slipping.

    On my second set of 20 minutes now after re wrapping and mounting, and then re mounting. All in that learning curve I guess. I feel a really good internal stretch this time like I'm grasping what needs to be grabbed. My glans seems a little shocked by all the stress and my old injuries seem pronounced but I'm putting it down to ether pressure in the head or that lack of blood gettin to it.

    Havnt had a good fatigue stretch yet and I'm at 17lbs think I'll hit it this set which is good. Doing Sd stretching.

    On another note had sex the other night, as it's been along time she insisted on her toy and I didn't let her. I used emla cream on my head as I'm still breaking myself out of the pre e state.

    I was able to last as long as I wanted, she had trouble getting to orgasm and needed a lot of her own manual stimulation on the clit.

    I still preferred that over using the toy thou. I think I need to see what my progress is like without the emla.

    Into my 4th 20 minute set.
    Dropped the weight slightly. 15lb

    This wrapping method is great, gonna keep doing it this way.

    This is also one of the best stretches I've ever had.

    This is bibs thoughts to the lg and I completly agree.

    Well, the Grip system was around when I started, but it seemed that few liked it. The most that guys could hang was around ten lbs. For the vast majority of guys, more stress is needed to make significant gains. Then, there was the issue of blisters, so I never tried it.

    With the Bibs, the entire premise is grasping the internals of the shaft.

    I can say it isn't just skin stretching. But I'm not against the Bib either.

    I can def tell the difference between skin and internal stretching. The burning sensation is quite obvious and I have a lot of foreskin so also a lot tell space. This also makes for a lot of movement while getting it clamped but I'm pretty sure I have it sussed.

    Rather active or day today pretty chuffed. I've tried to see how well I an shift my hanging setup into a parked car. This wasn't so bad when my weights were around 10lbs. So I've tri d a different approach.

    I've found an anchor bracket by my accelerator to which I've latched my bungee onto. This is providing me with a great stretch but arm an unknown amount of force. I can just lean back till the tension is good.

    This would be my 6th set for the day.

    Tested aswell the bungee is very stealth and easy to hide and take off when needed. Just have to be mindful of the time limit on my current hang set.

    This bungee setup sound like it will be good for fulcrum hangs aswell as Sd, so and essentially btc if angled right.

    On my second bungee set, I found my online tension meter that goes up to 7.5kg/15lbs and is spring loaded. Used it as a gauge but need a shorter bungee to fit it into my setup. I'm sitting around the 15lbs area but depending on fatigue levels move my hips around to add or remove some tension.

    I'm gettin a lot of head pressure/ head swell and have yet to find the work around technique to prevent it. Either I didn't notice it while standing or there's something I'm doing different while setting up in the car.

    I had lig twitches throughout the night which I can remember when I first started hanging. A good sign of a good stretch.

    Not sure how many sets I can get in today need to do more work.

    Ok found out a few things from research, taking info from

    pentagon's PE Journal - Bib's Hangers

    I've also found my hinge nuts had shifted making an angles close and suspect this could of also been the problem.

    What I have done, after wrapping using sleeve and theraband I attach the hanger loosely then pretty much squeeze my glans while to my penis pushes and tightening.

    5 minutes into my 4th set and glans still has bounce to it ie can press into it,

    The stretch is feeling really good
