Gonna start a small log for myself just to keep track of what i'm doing, and also share what's going on with the PE community
So far, my routine is I only rest when I feel tired
5' pumping with Bathmate (enter in erect, in shower, usually takes about 10' to get erect) followed by 5' jelqing, then put on size genetics extender for about 4-6 hours per day usually, sometimes more sometimes less depending on what I have to do that day.
I've noticed that the member doesn't feel really longer, but definitely feels like there's a little more skin to it, especially when flaccid...I wonder if there's some permanent gains coming in as the underlying smooth muscle grows to adjust for it?
Trying to do some edging too, and i really wanna correct my habits for masturbation so I can better my lasting power. I read the PE gym post about the lasting longer stuff and i'll definitely take the advice there, starting with NO RUSH - giving myself at least 20 minutes for the session.
Here's to a new start, though I have been on and off for about 3-4 years my desire for PE has steadily increased over the years, and PE is increasingly coming into my mind... I love it. I'm gonna keep going and excited to keep on going
Also i love the two-handed jelqs they are awesome and it feels great doing them. I hate doing overhand jelqs I really prefer underhand, though I find alternating between overhand and underhand actually gets better expansion so I might just try to do that more.
