    4/1/15-12/10/16 original routine was not documented

    tried to do stretches daily

    routine included jelqing and my own "amazing elastic method--AEM" gained 1/4"girth and some length

    if you want to try the amazing elastic method, here it is

    amazing elastic method--wrap base with thin protective cloth or thin protective material. i used an ace bandage and later a small shirt sleeve cutoff. take a band of elastic either 1/8" or 1/4" cut about 3' long. tie a loop in one and and run loose end through hole, thus creating a noose.

    come to full erection. place material around base. put noose around material at base. position noose to either cinch in clockwise or ccwise and do a few wraps firmly around penis. then calm down. let erection subside. all blood should be trapped in the penis still, but your insides will be soft and not hard.

    restart wrapping around penis. you will get instant pressure buildup. i usually push the bundle of wraps toward my pelvic bone and will feel it lock down there as more blood fills up my unit. wrap from base up towards the glans till you reach desired pressure. loop the elastic under previous wrap and pull loop to tie off.

    i often will try to come back up to full erection and kegel to help add new blood. for more advanced after i was at full pressure i would place thumb between pelvic bone and body and use my fingers to push more blood up into my unit from under my balls.
    Edit: 2/4/18...After much thought I wanted to add this. There was a period of over two years when I didn't have sex. During this time period is when I mainly did this method. Now, there were many times when I got to the numb point. Fast forward to next sex session. I was much less sensitive in my penis and am able to last much longer because of this. Now this might sound like a good thing. But what is sex without feeling? I can't say for sure that this is the reason but it is a good idea to be cautious.

    ***be careful. when starting build up slowly over days. if you don't you will find many purple splotches on your unit. also don't leave it on for long.

      received phallosan forte

      used consistently from 12/10/16-2/10/17

      didn't keep daily logs used a lot. most days 20+ hours, jelqued or AEM"amazing elastic method" during daily long baths

      i figured at least 750 hours conservative number on phallosan

      measured +1/16" bpel, +3/8" bpfl, no girth gain

      2/10/17-2/15/17 routine. worried i was doing too much and were negating gains

      cut phallosan use to 12 hrs/day (i feel naked) minimal jelqes or AEM

      adding bath mate within the week, hopefully works better than gatorade bottle???

        woohoo! bathmate is in my possession. what do i do now??? i am not reading the whole bathmate rep thread. any suggestions on a beginner routine??

          i am no longer a virgin. successfully completed round one of the bathmate.
          15 minute session broke in half. short rest in between.
          6.8" reached, think it must be 1" fat pad that keeps it from my full bpel

          thinking going into bathmate fully erect would be beneficial. found that the lower part of the pump atatched to my base and kept free skin from allowing full erect length.
          filled up lower part of pump fully in girth.
          pleanty of room to grow lengthwise, but for girth i think i might be one size to small

          not as much pressure as AEM method but still could feel the pressure

          low eq due to edging just past PONR haha oops

          phallosan after bathmate for 12 hrs

          started 1000 mg l-arginine

            started at 6.5 for 5 min
            added to 6.8 for 5 min
            added to 7.0 for 5 min-girth filled tube 100% to 4.5"

            inspection--slight edema on shaft and urethra, soon after measured 6.5 bfg 6.0 mfg
            edged for 5 min. 85% eq
            phallosan 12 hrs strapped to left foot

            had been using large sleeve w/xl bell. sleeve stretched and i lost suction too much. went down to medium. never lost suction, and tighter sleeve helped keep edema away. after started with bathmate started using large sleeve again.

              inspection--more edema, not major concern. nothing bad 6.25 mfg
              felt great

                        didn't have to remove the phallosan. it removed itself in the middle of the night. my pump is failing so i slipped back in the sleeve. then the night wood came on and then the medium sleeve popped off the xl bell. i didn't know that was a possibility. so i logged 7 or so hrs.

                            well, it could possibly have been sanding a hardwood floor. kicked my ass. a lot of tense front muscles with little steps. there is straps from my hips to the machine. this would have been day 2 on this machine.

                            if it wasn't that i may have thought about my soon to be ex. will do it every time. i think it might even go inside and try to get out the back door. i know i would if i could.
