    Okay fellas, I caved in. Going to be tracking my progress in this log. My current routine focuses on strictly length, but sometimes I throw in a girth session if I have time.

    Routine is pretty simple. One 1 hour set of hanging in the morning or afternoon and another 1 hour set at night. After each set, I do a 15 minute manual stretch in all directions.

    I'm also gonna be doing Hindi squats for PreE.

    Products I'm using: LG hanger and the Bathmate

    As far as weight progression, I aim for going up 0.25 lbs after I completed 7 days of 2 hours of hanging with that weight. If I miss a day or I only do 1 set, I stay at that weight until I have completed the 7 days of 2 sets a day. I do my manual stretches with the LG and as far as the Bathmate, I'll try to use it once a day (15 mins) or at least every couple of days for some blood flow.

    Current stats are: 6.5 BPEL and 5.25 EG

    Ultimate goal is 8x6 (I know it's very cliche but oh well)

          Started doing bundled stretching when I'm doing my manuals to really target my tunica.

              Another light day. Feeling a little unmotivated the last couple of days, but at least I'm doing something PE wise. Will try to go for 2 hours tomorrow.

                My balls have been hurting for a couple of days now. Not sure if it's from jacking off and hitting my balls while doing it, or from pumping. Maybe the combination of both. I did pump pretty hard with the air pump and it was hurting my balls and sometimes the Bathmate can do that too. Either way I'm gonna take a few days off from pumping and just hang and stretch.
