    Well I figure I would start a log.

    Things have been going pretty good. I work week in/week out in a remote situation. So my week at work I will focus on the more intense exercising. The week home will be a recovery/ satisfy the wife week with some random stealth work.

        This forum is pretty active. It has been more than a week since I posted and I am all the way in the boonies on page 5.

        Anyways I am back from Mexico.

        Bought a bathmate and will incorporate that into my routine. I am finding that my member has quite a bit of endurance for all this. I have been trying to increase intensity and have not had 1 single negative PI.

        I am about day 60. I have gained a slight bit, but my eq has definitely improved.

        Still running and weight training, down 2 lb. my lifts are all pretty good:
        Bench max 225
        Squat max 275 (knee issues)
        Dead max 365

          4/17 bought a BM and tried it out

          4/19 -realized that my jelqing routine for time was very sporadic. It was sometimes 100 reps and other times it was for a few minutes. Decided I am going to just put the timer on for 10 min and just relax and focus o. The J's.

            So I did my weighted hang at lunch today for 20 minutes

            Then after work I did a combination stretch/hang for 20 minutes
            Then jelqued for 11 minutes
            Bathmate for 20

            My dick feels tired. On this routine I will
            Have to go 2 on/1 off

                            The J was not as good as normal as I worked out real hard just prior and could not get a decent amount of blood going.

                            But about 2 hours after I did some edging. And was hard as I think I could get. Solid 5 out of 5 EQ.

                            No negative PI at all I think. Amazing wood at night.

                            BM: I have been going in at 30-40% firm and just add a pump every 30 seconds as my hammer expands up to 100% erect. Hold for 4-6 minutes and sometimes continually up the vacuum as it is comfortable. Then release, massage and repeat.

                            Definitely have gained . If I had to estimate I would say I have gained 1/4-3/8" in length. Bring on day 90.
