    Jelqing: 10 minutes @ 45-55% erection; 4 second kegel per 4 jelqs.
    Ballooning: 15 minutes w/ OK-Grip clamping; 3 second intervals of kegels and reverse kegels.
    Cooldown: 5 minutes.

    Notes: I didn't hand-clamp for ballooning during today's session, I now prefer this method.
