Yesterday was 28 minutes. So I have been increasing the rotation and thus the burn! I’m over 1 full turn. By the time I’m done it’s screaming to get out! Trying to shorten the routine a little while increasing intensity. I will still remain extended for the majority of the day and night.

Last couple of days continued the same progression to 30 minutes. This morning added 1/2 lb (finally bought some fractional weights) and dropped to 20 minute sets, in hindsight a little low. Going up 3 minutes tomorrow. Still no rest days and feeling fine. Probably have to take Saturday off but I’m going to try and sneak in a couple sets in the evening.

1 Extender set, shower then back to the extender.
Going to split morning and night sets again. Went BTC w/ 11 and 8.5 last night for around an hour total.
Still wearing the extender a couple hours every morning / evening and silicone sleeve after that. Poor little bastard only gets to breathe about an hour a day.
Up to 9-1/8 post workout and extender BPSFL in the extender last night, which blew my mind. That’s 1/2” in a couple months! I’ve never seen more than an 1/8” at a time. I’m very optimistic that this “no rest for Willie” approach is working.

Up to 9 lbs yesterday at 25 minutes and 1 hour BTC in the evening. (10/12.5lb)
1/2 way through this mornings workout I realized I had an extra 2.5lb plate on, no wonder it hurt so much! So I cut it short and did
