  • My Man Meat Makeover

    So I stumbled across the forum in the beginning of January and became immediately obsessed. I read for hours daily and got very excited to start my own journey. This a breakdown of how it's gone so far:

    Every workout begins w/ a 5-10 min warm up and ends with a shower and or warm down

    Start Jan 14th 2017,
    Week 1-3 (3 days on 1 off)
    Light JP90 routine:
    1/2 the stretches fairly light (20 second hold1/2 w/ quick kegels)
    Start at 5 mins jelq and worked to 9
    V-jelq 3 minutes working to 5

    Week 4-6 (5 days on 1 off)
    Moderate JP90
    All the stretches moderate to heavy tension (30 second hold 1/2 w/ quick kegels)
    10 minutes of jelqing Working up to 12 w/ med-heavy grip.
    V-jelq 5 working to 8
    End w/ 10-15 minutes edging
    Later in the day:
    Add in edging when I can (4-6 times a week) for 20+ minutes limit ejac to intercourse (about twice a week)
    Kegels front and back 4-6 times a week at least 10-20 mins a day

    Week 7-8 (taking days off when PI's suggest, no more than 5 days in a row)
    JP90 on high
    All stretches heavy tension (30 second holds 1/2 with quick kegels)
    Tension stretches 3x30
    12 mins jelq strong grip (adding a couple UJ's here and there)
    End in 10-20 minutes edging
    Later in the day:
    Edging 20-40 minutes, 6+ times a week
    Front/back kegels and reverse kegels

    Week 9:
    8 days in a row off for family vacation
    Did very light jelqing, kegels here and there. Drank too much and had a ton of sex 😁

    Week 10
    (Repeat week 4-6 workout) to ease back in

    Week 11-12 (current)
    (Still taking days off when PI's aren't good)
    All directions stretch 1 set
    15-20 mins jelqing mixed w/ supra slammers (started w/ 5 now up to about 8)
    Sizegenetics extender 1 hour a day to start adding 30 minutes
    Bought a pump and played a little w/ it but haven't added it to the routine yet. I tried 5 minutes my first time and wrecked my EQ. Took 2 days off

    I am currently taking epimedium (horny goat weed) and a test boost combo pill w/ tribulous and zma. My errection levels vary from 6-9 but have improved significantly since starting PE. My control w/ sex has lessened since starting but I think it's all the edging, i am always close to coming. I workout (the rest of my body) 5 days a week and do cardio 3.

    Any advice from the gurus on here would be greatly appreciated, as you can see I haven't gained much (really if anything might be a measuring discrepancy, took me a minute to perfect my technique)

    Your routine, as well as your progression, looks great. It's also great to see that you have done plenty of research. Keep up the good work.

      So, I'm adding 30 minutes in the extender about twice a week. I'll continue w/ this until I get negative PI's or run out of available time. (Somewhere around 8 hours a day, depending on what I'm wearing)

        Good week in the books:
        5 days on 1 full rest day and 1 edge, kegel rest day.
        Up to 10 Supra slammers in my jelq/ V jelq sessions, about 25 minutes total.
        2-1/2 and 3 hours in the extender bumped to 3-1/2 today.

        Plan to measure Friday, hopefully see something!!

          Week 13 down.
          Measured Friday as planned... wait for it... wait for it...
          Still nothing 😕

          Up to 4 hours a day in the extender, actually did 6-1/2 on Saturday w/ breaks and increasing intensity.

          Back to doing 2 sets of jp90 stretches
          And added bundled stretches 2ea for 25 seconds

          Adding pumping to the routine too.. got a gauge and figured out my first pump attempt was way too high of pressure. (Probably 8ish) Starting at 4 for 1-2 minutes for 3 sets during my morning routine.
          Also trying to get a couple in at night..

          As always any advice would be appreciated

            So the current routine: Wednesday/Sunday off
            5:30 am warm up
            -JP90 stretches all directions 30 second sets 2ea
            -15 big circles all w/ med to high tension
            -20-25 minutes of:
            - Jelq
            -V Jelq
            -8-12 Supra slammers
            -2 or 3 squeezes
            -2 or 3, 2 minute pumps at 4 hg
            - So I start w/ jelqing (3-5 minutes)
            -Then Supra slammers to a jelq, v-jelq (helps to regain erection) repeat
            -add in pumps and squeezes towards the end
            Still doing jelq/v-jelqs between
            - I stop when it gets tired/ more difficult to regain an erection
            -About a 2-5 minute warm down break
            -edge for 10-30 depending on time restraints
            -Warm down for another 5
            -Hit the showers

            -7:00am strap in the sizegenetics till 11:00 increasing intensity when it's comfortable
            Using a rice sock off and on
            -warm down after, 5-10 minutes

            Evening: Monday or Tuesday
            And Thursday or Friday

            -Edge and pump 3x 2 minutes 4hg
            Around 30 minutes
            -warm down

              Woke up w/ a hard-on that could cut glass 😁 Think my dick might like the new routine... but I did loose it pretty quickly during my workout, only got 5 slammers and took forever to get into my edging session. Mixed signals

                Start of another PE week: 4/25/17
                since my last check in I've started changing it up a bit. Adding more pumping and slowly reducing the slammer/jelq frequency. I got my custom fit tube from pumptoys and so far very happy with it. Pretty big investment but worth it if it helps. Was using a cheap POS from a sex shop.
                So routine is as above just up to:

                4x 2-1/2 minutes pump@ 4-5 hg (increasing 30 secondsweek for now, so mid week will be 2 for 2-1/2 and 2 for 3) and so on
                Slammers down to 5 in a 20 minute jelq/v-jelq session, I wasn't keeping a good hard on doing more
                Up to 5 hours in the extender and upping the tension throughout the day.

                  Only did 4 days in a row last week. Then took 3 days off, break was unscheduled but seems beneficial. Letting golf get in the way of my pecker improvements! But had a great workout this morning
                  Back to the same routine
                  Also ordered a VLC Tugger hoping it will make the extender more comfortable, I have no idea how guy's wear it for 12 hours a day. I struggle to do 4 and would find it impossible under high tension.
                  I have tried every combination of wrap and pressure I could find on the forums or dream up and it still turns purple/ hurts or slips out.

                    5/04
                    The VLC Tugger is super comfortable but doesn't feel like it's stretching the inner penis, just skin... so I'll use it here and there and just keep dealing with the pain/ discomfort and swelling from the sizegenetics. All my higher tension extending needs to be done at home because I can't risk slipping out or needing to adjust it in a hurry at work. So I will be modifying my extender routine a bit. 3-4 hours at work and 3-4 at home for now.
                    Measuring next Friday and adjusting the rest of my routine accordingly

                        Today is measuring day...
                        After 5-1/2 weeks of my manual/extender routine:
                        +.1 on BPEL 👍🏼
                        +.1 in MEG 👍🏼
                        Might not seem like much but it's awesome to see as it's my first actual documentation of gains 😁
                        That's 7.7 x 4.7 and counting

                        Ran into a bit of a problem though.. did a progressive pump session the other night, (a little aggressive for my first, in hindsight) and got a small patch of edema under my glans on the left side. Now every time I strap in to the extender it comes back.
                        No pain just puffiness. Is this something I can work through or do I need to take a break?

                          Nice job man.

                          I gained about .2 in a couple weeks of girth but am back down to just about my original stats now... I haven't measured yet but can feel it.

                          If the gains stay keep us posted on how you're cementing your gains. I'd like to know to avoid that problem again.

                            For cementing my gains, I am just trying to keep a really engorged hard on for as long as possible and as often as possible. I edge 5-8 times a week for at least 20 minutes, usually 30-40. And I am also trying really hard to last that long with sex too.

                              So took the weekend off from PE and I feel the aggravated patch under the glans is somewhat better. Regular morning routine yesterday and 2 sets w/ the extender, normal 4 hours in the morning. Aggravated the area a little but no soreness, then another 3 hours in the eve w/ more tension and heat w/ about the same puffiness resulting.
                              Felt the need to sleep in a little this morning so very light manual in the shower and strapped in for the morn. Keeping a close watch on the puffy patch under the glans.
