So I stumbled across the forum in the beginning of January and became immediately obsessed. I read for hours daily and got very excited to start my own journey. This a breakdown of how it's gone so far:
Every workout begins w/ a 5-10 min warm up and ends with a shower and or warm down
Start Jan 14th 2017,
Week 1-3 (3 days on 1 off)
Light JP90 routine:
1/2 the stretches fairly light (20 second hold1/2 w/ quick kegels)
Start at 5 mins jelq and worked to 9
V-jelq 3 minutes working to 5
Week 4-6 (5 days on 1 off)
Moderate JP90
All the stretches moderate to heavy tension (30 second hold 1/2 w/ quick kegels)
10 minutes of jelqing Working up to 12 w/ med-heavy grip.
V-jelq 5 working to 8
End w/ 10-15 minutes edging
Later in the day:
Add in edging when I can (4-6 times a week) for 20+ minutes limit ejac to intercourse (about twice a week)
Kegels front and back 4-6 times a week at least 10-20 mins a day
Week 7-8 (taking days off when PI's suggest, no more than 5 days in a row)
JP90 on high
All stretches heavy tension (30 second holds 1/2 with quick kegels)
Tension stretches 3x30
12 mins jelq strong grip (adding a couple UJ's here and there)
End in 10-20 minutes edging
Later in the day:
Edging 20-40 minutes, 6+ times a week
Front/back kegels and reverse kegels
Week 9:
8 days in a row off for family vacation
Did very light jelqing, kegels here and there. Drank too much and had a ton of sex 😁
Week 10
(Repeat week 4-6 workout) to ease back in
Week 11-12 (current)
(Still taking days off when PI's aren't good)
All directions stretch 1 set
15-20 mins jelqing mixed w/ supra slammers (started w/ 5 now up to about 8)
Sizegenetics extender 1 hour a day to start adding 30 minutes
Bought a pump and played a little w/ it but haven't added it to the routine yet. I tried 5 minutes my first time and wrecked my EQ. Took 2 days off
I am currently taking epimedium (horny goat weed) and a test boost combo pill w/ tribulous and zma. My errection levels vary from 6-9 but have improved significantly since starting PE. My control w/ sex has lessened since starting but I think it's all the edging, i am always close to coming. I workout (the rest of my body) 5 days a week and do cardio 3.
Any advice from the gurus on here would be greatly appreciated, as you can see I haven't gained much (really if anything might be a measuring discrepancy, took me a minute to perfect my technique)
