Guys I haven't done PE for 2 days now and I'm not havin a lot of time. I am staying in a hotel with my family/working during the day because I am closing on a new house I bought on Monday. I am going to try to get it up tonight in the hotel and get a good workout in but things are very pressed for time right now.. EQ is great! Great session after taking a 1 day break and I feel that I am back on my normal routine and back on track with my goals. My penis looks a lot bigger I even have my wife commenting on it. One thing I would love to try to improve anymore is my flaccid hang. I have plenty of length and am lacking girth and when I go flaccid it shows. I feel like a 5 inch girth would be where I wouldn't be self conscious about it but I'm always going to want more now that I know that PE is a real thing. I'm still in shock about the EQ and minor gains I have made so far. Unpleased with my routine lately I've been so busy and I haven't had time. I managed to get a session in today and I had to slow down because it's almost like I felt like I had to make up for the days that I didn't work out. I managed to slow down and finish strong. PIs are neutral after this workout. I'm showing more veins and good EQ for sure, my wife

Day 102
It's been a while guys, I gave up on my progress log with the every day posts... I got tired of it, however I did not give up on my Goals. I've been doing JP90 even past the 90 day period and am currently on day 102 and would like to post some stats.
BPEL is now at 7.25 start of JP90 was 6.9 roughly so slightly over a 1/4 inch gain!
MEG is now at 4.8 start was around 4.5-4.6 so I will say .1-.2 of a inch gains which to me feel like a huge gain.
My flaccid hang was around 3.5 inches at start and about 3.6 in girth. Now my flaccid hangs at 4.2 and flaccid girth is around a 3.8!
I have to say overall my schedule was very inconsistent. If I didn't have 2 kids, a wife and a busy job to do I would of been able to make greater gains. Was it worth it? Hell yeah it was. It might not seem like a lot to some individuals but my wife is now in love with my member. Not only did it give me gains but helped me achieve great EQ. I encourage anyone to give PE a shot. It turned me (a unbeliever) into a believer and a sworn advocate of PE exercises. I'm happy for your results! I would suggest keep doing what works, don't change anything, and only reevaluate when your progress has stalled for at least two months. I hope all is well.
