Hey, thanks AA, my workouts have stalled for now and I have not shown any progress with Jelqing since I completed the 90 day JP90 program. Im currently doing Big Als jelq free routine. And it's to early to tell anything but, had to change up my routine because I wasn't seeing any changes with bundled stretches and stretch and holds.
