  • Big D PE Progress

    Figured I'd start a progress log as I'm wanting to keep this journey going and feel I need some accountability. I started PE back in November 16 as it was quite clear my ex-gf wanted a longer unit and I wanted nothing other than to make her happy. When she was screaming deeper and the whole stick was in.

    I've always somewhat felt like my dick should be a bit longer than what it was for some reason. Either way though and at this point it's for my own self satisfaction than anything(single). I haven't had an issue pleasuring women of quite a varying degree of height and weight. The ex wife was actually taller than me. I know I can get the job done but it seems to require a lot more work than maybe if I had a slightly larger member. Anyway, I probably wont log too much of my 'routine' as I don't really have one but go until I feel fatigued. From what I gather in comparison to other guys my libido is quite high so it's actually somewhat difficult to take rest days. Typically I get off 2-8 times a day. Its somewhat rare for me to not get off in a day and usually that constitutes a bit of depression setting in due to some sort of life event going on.

    My typical 'routine' has consisted mostly of stretching but I'm trying to get more into jelqing now as well. I'll use a wash cloth to get a good grip on the dude after thoroughly lubricating with coconut oil which I feel helps with stretch marks and what not. I don't feel its good to do any sort of exercise without properly ensuring your unit is well moisturized.

    I'll continue to log my thoughts, perspectives and experiences with PE. Many thanks for the great community here. Everyone is extremely supportive from what I've gathered.

    I've been making some steady gains. Hit a road block at 7.25 BPEL length for a few weeks but those seem to have cemented and pushing past now. Consistently measuring 7.3 - 7.4 at the moment. Seems to be a plateau every 1/8 inch. I figure at this pace I should be able to reach a consistent 7.5 BPEL by the end of June. The ultimate goal of course though is 8. Given I don't hit a heavy road block I should be able to reach that by end of year.

    Girth hasn't made much of an improvement. Would like to see more there as well. Hopefully put on another .1 or .2 by the time I hit 8. Started at 5.5 and sitting at 5.6 MEG now. I'll update again when I reach 7.5 BPEL

      Having a difficult time today trying not to beat the meat. Staring at stock charts all day is kind of boring. Especially when they're in a consolidation phase. Waiting for expected news this week. My life revolves around patient weekly cycles it seems. Not sure how to handle this as I want instant gratification. Tough to deal with in the short term but long term I know the overall future is bright.

        Surprised to hit 7.5 last night at the end of my routine. Typically measure a few times, tough sometimes to get a 100% erect while trying to measure but came in 7.4, 7.4, 7.5, 7.4, 7.5 Wasn't expecting this for another couple weeks but it seems progress is going well. Might be peaking 7.7 by the end of June at this rate. Very happy about these results. My glorified 8"er is well within sights. MEG still 5.6 Hopefully 5.7 by the time I hit 8. Erection quality didn't seem as strong as usual. Most times my dick gets so hard it feels like it's going to burst but that wasn't the case last night. May need to take a couple days off soon and let the gains cement.

          Surprisingly hit a nice 7.6875 BPEL or 7 11/16" MEG seems to be holding 5.65

          In the past couple days I have started using a rice sock warmed in the microwave before the routine to help loosen things up. This may have had a significant impact as previously I haven't really been 'warming up' the area. More so just starting light and working my way into heavier stretching.

          Been hovering at 7.5 for a while now before today. Ligaments and tissues haven't been seeming to get as worn out as earlier in my PE progress. Decided to push the limits a bit more today because of such and seemed to pay off. A bit more effort is being needed at the moment to keep progress going. We'll see what happens over the next week or so and see if I can maintain today's stretch.

          Hoping to hit 8" by my birthday 08-08 I've been quite diligent in keeping a daily routine stretch and holding off on the occasional day when I feel the member could use a bit of a break.

          I think it is worth mentioning that my EQ has been on a slight decline as my measurements increase. I don't find it concerning, however sometime in the near future a lengthier break (3-7 days) may be quite beneficial in solidifying gains and propelling myself to the next step. In this for the long haul and don't see myself stopping anytime or ever. The routine has been working quite well as a confidence booster. Can't wait to test these new gains in the field.

            So I haven't posted in a while and have been meaning to. Update on the length... I've been consistent in being able to hit 7.75 BPEL after a workout. A couple times even 7.8-7.85 but haven't seen consistency with that yet. Pre-workout measuring a 7.5 BPEL consistently now. The past few weeks I've really been feeling like I hit a hard wall though with length gains. It's good to be able to look back at the log and review my struggle with previous lengths though and be like, wow, I'm actually making good progress. Patience and dedication are giving me some serious results imo. A year ago I wished I could have been at least 7.5 long( started 6.5 ). Now I'm swearing up and down after a workout why I have't hit a full 8. smh... Glad I decided to start the log. Gives me a great perspective and renewed confidence in what I'm doing.

            So being that I'm quite sure I hit a hard wall at 7.75 I've been hanging and reading up about hanging a lot the past week. Can't say that there's been any significant changes yet and I'm still measuring the same. 7.75 BPEL and 5.75 MEG post workout. I will say though, my erection quality is still quite good. I can still pull in a 9/10 I think with all the stress I've been puttin on the little guy. Easy hit a 10/10 if I take a day or two off.

            We don't have a dumbbell around the house less than 8 pounds so I've been using that. It is quite a challenge sometimes to make it through the full 20 minute set but I've tried less weight and it just feels like nothing. Just been doing a standing position with that though. I heard a sitting position with it hanging between your cheeks is the best but I'd have to find something else to drop the weight with. Couldn't 'hang' with 8 pounds in that position. 3-4 sets per day. Post is getting quite long I think I'll end it here and report back in another 2-4 weeks. Or maybe when that THICK EIGHT IN COCK COMES AROUND HAHAHAHA almost there friends /fistpump /endrant /8inchercuming

              Just did some rough math. Factoring in 'Pre workout' stats. +1" in 8 months. We figure okay, it may take another 4 months (plus the original 8 + 1 year ) to gain that next inch due to newbie gains so by errrr wicka wicka November 2018 I should be 8.5 BPEL?

              Hmmmm I dunno. Seems like quite a long time. Just started hanging for cereal recently though sooooo... perhaps with some dedicated hanging I get there in 6 months(8.5 BPEL) 1/6 = .16 so I would have to gain an average of bout an eigth an inch a month or slightly more. :/ faaaaaak. Based on post workout stats lets say.... 7.75 - 6.5 = 1.25
              1.25 Div by 8= so average monthly gain has been .156 inches. So 7.75 (post workout) 9-7.75=1.25/.156 = 8

              So perhaps, given a dedicated hanging routine I can hit a 9 BPEL by March 2018. The most I've seen reported from PE gains is 4" soooo 6.5 + 4 = 10.5 we have A LOT of work to do yet.

              WARMING UP DIS RICE SOX NOW BIT! BIG DICK D BOUT TO MAKE DAT PORN $$. again.... >.< but a lot more.

                Was hoping to hit 8 BPEL by my birthday, today... Not too frustrated though. I think I've made really good progress since I've started. Been dedicated as hell and constantly trying to push the limits as much I can without risking injury. Have taken a break from hanging and gotten back to manual stretches and jelqing. I have a week long family vacation tomorrow so I'll be taking a break and focusing on spending time with the fam. We'll see what kind of rebound gains I can pull out. Maybe get an 8 push shortly after. The dude is 'feeling' meatier so I think girth has been slowly increasing although tough to tell on a tape atm. I'll post another update after the 8"er hits the ruler.

                P.S. I was pretty drunk on my last post. Pretty funny though. Gonna leave it lol >.<

                    So I took a break while on vacation Aug 9-14 (5 days) and just did a routine night of the 15th. Previous to the routine, modified JP90, I measured and hadn't lost anything but maybe a bit of girth from not jelqing for a few days. I'll post my modified JP90 routine that I plan on trying out for maybe 2-4 weeks. We'll see what happens. Going to measure now after the routine and will post or edit later. Never done a set routine so hoping for the best to push past that 8"er. Wish me luck.

                      Been doing a modified JP90 2 on 1 off schedule. Doing pretty much as prescribed except only one type of jelq and after the jelqs I repeat the stretches, sometimes holding for more kegels than prescribed. The original routine doesn't seem to be enough as I've been doing PE for some time now. I figure all the more hardcore stuff I've been attempting will possibly be thoroughly cemented and create a new baseline through this routine for a while. Not really expecting significant gains but more trying to condition myself for the next step and will probably get back into hanging after this.

                      Also doing some edging at the end of the routine.

                        Hey Bator! Great results man mind sharing more of a detailed routine? I love seeing what the successful people are doing and taking note for my own routine. I'm guessing some intense manual stretching? Keep it up!

                          Great gains man! I also use the 2 days on and 1 off system, I personally think is less stressful to your dick and has the same benefits.

                          How do you do your stretches? I've been some problems because I think I'm not doing them correctly

                            Thank you! I haven't really followed any strict routine. I typically just go until my dude feels fatigued. Most of the gains have been from manual stretching. Hold for a minute or two in different directions. And yea, I try to put as much of a tug on it as I can without fear of an injury. It can be a fine line that you have to play with. Add more tug if you feel like its not getting a good stretch. I've been getting into hanging though since I feel I need more force for a longer period and my hands and forearms start to tire.

                            I warm up with a rice sock for at least 10 minutes and then use a microfiber rag to keep a good grip. Just tug and hold in various directions. I find it's impossible to get a good grip without slippage with a bare hand.

                              Sep 7th, 2017 update

                              So I did the advanced JP90 for about a week or so and I think it helped prepare me for now but wasn't seeing any real gains more so just cementing. The last week or so I've gotten back into hanging with an 8 pound weight. I'm going for 2 a days now as I've found some of the more advanced members have found they need to workout twice a day to keep seeing gains.

                              I'll hang for 20-30 minutes 2 sets. First 2 sets in the morning then the other 2 in the evening. Warming up with a rice sock for at least 10 minutes. Before the first set I'll do some manual stretches to warm him up and prepare for battle. Between and after each set I'll also do some intense manual stretches. Also doing some quick manual stretches throughout the day when I go to take a piss.

                              To add I've been using the stealth coils for hours after each routine to keep him in an elongated stance and the ligaments at full length. It doesn't really 'stretch' him but rather its enough weight to keep him held at full flacid possibly healing longer and not tightening up.

                              In all I believe this hanging routine I've been doing is seriously working. I can't say if its one thing or another but especially with the stealth coils added all day my flacid has certainly been looking good lately. My erect length is looking and feeling longer and I'm just a hair off from reaching 8. 7.875 is quite easy to hit during the routine and 7.75 is cemented. Girth still sitting at 5.75

                              That 8' mark is gonna be hit any day now I feel. Can't wait till it gets cemented. Sticking with this routine for now.

                              P.S. Edged and came after this mornings routine. I had the biggest load of my life. Standing up I accidentally hit myself in the face with my load and shot a good 6 or so ropes. I don't know, I wasn't counting it was so much I was just standing there amazed. Left a good bucket of cum on the counter and some in my beard. :S This has never happened. Prior to PE my load would be thick and white like milk and mostly just drizzle out. Now I'm shooting a much more watery load and squirting remarkably far. This is crazy!
