Hey guys so I started researching PE about October of 2009. I started for two weeks but got caught up in life and had to quit. I just recently started on Feb. 10, 2010 and I'm looking forward to the long run. I'm a young 18 year old so I have an eternity to PE but fast gains are hat everyone hopes for. So far my first month has gone great, however, going up to measuring day after a month left me disappointed. Due to my over eagerness last week i decided to throw in a couple Ulis just for experimentation. Well this weeks PE has been very slow and I even had to cut tonight's Jelqing in half with no stretching due to the fact that it hurt every time I jelqed. I'm going to take the next three days off except for JAI stretches, warmups, and my stretching routine. What sucks is that last week my unit was looking very plump and hanging low. I was getting 4.5 to 5 inches of flaccid length with 4.2 flaccid girth however this week it was back to normal and sucked. Not to mention the girl i was having sex with and I aren't getting along to well at the moment. I've been ejaculating everyday for the past week. No edging just masturbation. Very bad I know :/
My routine for the past month has been:
15 minute warmup with rice sock
30 second helicopter shakes
40 second stretches U,D,L,R,O
10 rotating stretches each way between my 40 second sets
120 wet jelqs
120 V jelqs
(I was thinking I was doing 4 second jelqs but I count fast so it more like 3)
Usually a shower as a warmdown
Supplements:
L-Arginine
L-Lysine
Zinc
Super B complex
Omega 3
I'm goign to add either green tea or gingko to that.
I would appreciate feedback and to help keep me motivated. Remind me I'm still young and have time. Also to edge, I get lazy with that cause its time consuming and not to ejaculate all the time. Thanks and wish me luck
