    Hey guys so I started researching PE about October of 2009. I started for two weeks but got caught up in life and had to quit. I just recently started on Feb. 10, 2010 and I'm looking forward to the long run. I'm a young 18 year old so I have an eternity to PE but fast gains are hat everyone hopes for. So far my first month has gone great, however, going up to measuring day after a month left me disappointed. Due to my over eagerness last week i decided to throw in a couple Ulis just for experimentation. Well this weeks PE has been very slow and I even had to cut tonight's Jelqing in half with no stretching due to the fact that it hurt every time I jelqed. I'm going to take the next three days off except for JAI stretches, warmups, and my stretching routine. What sucks is that last week my unit was looking very plump and hanging low. I was getting 4.5 to 5 inches of flaccid length with 4.2 flaccid girth however this week it was back to normal and sucked. Not to mention the girl i was having sex with and I aren't getting along to well at the moment. I've been ejaculating everyday for the past week. No edging just masturbation. Very bad I know :/


    My routine for the past month has been:
    15 minute warmup with rice sock
    30 second helicopter shakes
    40 second stretches U,D,L,R,O
    10 rotating stretches each way between my 40 second sets
    120 wet jelqs
    120 V jelqs
    (I was thinking I was doing 4 second jelqs but I count fast so it more like 3)
    Usually a shower as a warmdown

    Supplements:
    L-Arginine
    L-Lysine
    Zinc
    Super B complex
    Omega 3

    I'm goign to add either green tea or gingko to that.

    I would appreciate feedback and to help keep me motivated. Remind me I'm still young and have time. Also to edge, I get lazy with that cause its time consuming and not to ejaculate all the time. Thanks and wish me luck

    Took yesterday off to heal. Just did random kegels all day.

      Did random kegel the whole weekend. Healing time. Gonna hit this month hard starting Monday with fierce dedication and perseverance.

      40 selcond hold U, D, L, R, O
      10 rotating stretches both ways
      30 slow ok jelqs
      30 slow v jelqs
      my girl interupted me saying we need to talk. Told her to hold on while I wanted to at least edge. Worked the frenulium too much and kegeled too late and busted a load after 10 minutes. Overall bad pe day. Gonna wake up tomorrow for the whole session to get me started. I'm very irritated at the

        Woke up bright and early this morning.

        3/16/10

        15 minute warmup with rice sock
        10 minutes of slow speed wet Ok jelqs
        10 minutes of slow speed V jelqs

        I'm very happy at the moment and after work and the gym I'm going to come home for another 10 minutes of okay jelqing and 10 minutes of v jelqs as well as my manual stretches after my jeqling. A good way to start off the week.

          2 stretches á 30 sec (pointing straight forward)

          Comments: I jelq with no porn and edge with no porn consistently. i think it is good for me. I jelqed today for 30 minutes; 15 OK-jelq and 15 V-jelq. I did the math and averaged that it would come to about 120 jelqs for both the varations. I can also blast my headphones while doing it a litle ache in my penis so I used a moderate grip. I always seem to turtle afterwards. Is this normal?

          PIs: Veins are protruding even when flaccid, slight turtle all day.

            Comments: Today I woke up and warmed up and was only able to jelq for 10 minutes; 5 minutes Ok-jelq and 5 minutes V-jelq until my brother interrupted to brush his teeth. I finished my session later on with 25 minutes of jelqing before jumping in the shower. I masturbated for 10 minutes with the intention of not cumming just to practice kegels. I was able to hold my sperm back in more easier with reverse kegels and the expansion is great to watch. With regular kegels I get that orgasm feeling but I leaked very little. I usually jelq just the frenulum when doing these short masterbation sessions so I can get to PONR quickly in order to practice. IS this bad to do? While in the shower I did 30 JAI stretches with increasing intensity.

              For some reason my dick doesn't feel like tis growing. Also when I stretch I don't feel any soreness. Kinda blows.

              Some input would be great if anyone feels to comment.

                Comments: I got myself up to 90% erection and jelqed slowly with a light grip. My EQ went down to what I normally jelq at which is anywhere from 40-75% EQ at a bit. I don't feel any soreness from stretching or from jeqling. Anything I should do mates?

                      Comments: No stretching today, I was very busy. I jelqed however for 20 minutes then ended it with a dramatic money shot. Since I took a three day rest. I'm going to slowly ease my way back into the 30 minute jeqling.
