Routine (2 days on/1 day off)
- 15-20 minute warm up
- Basic Stretches (Held for 25 quick BC Kegels)
Left, Right, Straight Up, Straight Down, Straight Out -> 5 left/right circle stretches per basic stretch - 10 minutes wet jelqing (5 second strokes)
- Edging
Measurements
BPFSL: 14.6 cm (5.75 in)
LOT: 7:00 - 8:00 (high hanging + stretching)
BPEL: 14.1 cm (5.55 in)
NBPEL: 12.4 cm (4.88 in)
MEG: 13.4 cm (5.28 in)
TLC: Tunica Limiting Factor (70% Length/30% Girth)
Jelq at low erection level 30-50%
Kegels 70RK:30K
2 days FRK 10 min (10 sec holds)
1 day quick BC Kegels (50-100 1s holds)
Plumping -> JAI Stretching/Helicopter Shakes
Progressions
- Incorporate V-Jelqs and Side Jelqs
- Work on pelvic floor balance
- 100-200 Kegels during workout days
- 100-150 Kegels during off days
