    Yesterday was day 1 after 1 month break...Everything feels like new to me and lenght gains are now 0.
    Hope to see some improvements especially in lenght after 1-2 months.


    10 or 15 min warmup electric pillow
    10 min stretching all directions sometimes with foreskin on preventing skin stretch.
    10 min wet jelq with oil.
    2 min washing up
    10 or 15 min warmdown electric pillow

          Day (4 free day due to lack of time) and (5 present) just completed my workout + edging 15-20 minutes ejaculating at the end. I will try to ejaculate every 3rd session or maybe sometimes not at all..

                Day 9, stretched with 20-30% erection level, I don't know why but I couldn't control it and I had hard woods all night until now day 10 in the morning which is the free day.

                        After 4 days off, I finally started it again working out my unit.

                        15 min warmup heating pad
                        10 min all directions stretches (4th set my flaccid got to 30-40% I don't know why but because of my girth and foreskin was a little bit hard for me to stretch it )
                        20 min pumping with a medium to max pressure (seems like I can handle it)
                        10 min wet jelq
                        20 min edging to maintain a good blood flow!
                        10 min warmdown heating pad

                        Day 18 DONE!

                        Measured with tailor meter NBPEL 15.5cm BPEL 16.5, I was like wow!
