    Yo i just want to track my log in case it helps anyone and would like to get feedback from other people to help my gains. Currently all i use is an ads and some edging and a pump.

    It starts with the month/day-hours and the money signs are days that I've ejaculated either from masturbation or sex. I also edged a lot in the beginning for at least an hour also and pumped here and there. Im trying to be more detailed with my routine so if anyone can give tips for that also that would be helpful.

    my start was 5.75in to 6.1. Im going to start measuring girth and in centimeters since its easier to track progress.

    starting to jelq again been doing 100 jells 3-5 seconds for the past 3 days now and man does it feel good. i would literally do this all day if i could

      measured today during my jelq session and was able to get 6.25!!!! So stoked. at this rate ill be 6.5 by the end of the month.

      by the way my jelqs are pretty much a kegel and squeeze, i believe its called a uli then i do a jelq to i reach my glans then do a stretch 2-3 seconds each direction.

          my flaccid hang has been so much better.. went from 2-3" to 4 inches flaccid. Im Well on my way to becoming a shower!

              Just letting whoever roams on my progress log know that I will be doing a 2 hour jell session tonight to see how my unit will react to the time and how long It will stay plumped. Stay tuned. I'll update as soon as I'm done!

                    HOLY SMOKES. 2 hour session felt great. I measured this morning and I'm hitting a little over 6.375. Getting close to my first short term goal of 6.5. Im going to take a break this weekend for the holiday then when I get back if I'm still able to measure 6.375 im going to confirm it!

                      Great News! I jelqed for 30 minutes today and stretched for 20 then afterwards i edge for around 20 minutes and got my bpel to 6.5!!!! Im well on my way to 7…

                        So i measured my bpel mid dal because i was bored and it got to 6.5 without even edging. Im hoping this gain is cemented after i come back from my break! I was so excited i had to blast one off

                            Im still measuring up to 6.5 but thats only after a full hard on. Either way I'm happy with the results so far!
