Yo i just want to track my log in case it helps anyone and would like to get feedback from other people to help my gains. Currently all i use is an ads and some edging and a pump.
It starts with the month/day-hours and the money signs are days that I've ejaculated either from masturbation or sex. I also edged a lot in the beginning for at least an hour also and pumped here and there. Im trying to be more detailed with my routine so if anyone can give tips for that also that would be helpful.
