    Time to start a log bacause i regret not making one last time.

    Started 4 years ago with bpel 6 and eg 5.75.
    After alot of research i decided to give it a crack. So i committed to a routine of jelks and stretches and then moved onto sqeezes and bends. A month later i measured and got to bpel6.5 and eg 6. Then i stopped for 4 year.

    Now i start again mainly focusing on length. My goal is to hit 7 inches. But if i get to 8 that will be even better.

    No set routine yet. I am playing around with a few new things and want to get them sussed before i work them into a fixed routine. Like cock rings and new stretches.

    Fist day that got be started again
    My Eq routine: Edging, sqeezes, uli's, bends, jelks, streches, cock waving, kegels. My go to fun routine that i do keep to keep me motivated. My cock always gets rock hard and my flaccid hangs low and thick for hours if not a day.

      Just Ordered a bathmate to add to my routine, I am going all out this time. I plan to go hard for the next month and see where that gets me. If i gain then i will take it easy and cement the gains for a week. If no gains I GO HARDER !

        30 min edge with light jelks (BL): after i blow my load my cock took like 10 mins to go down and another 20 mins to go completely solf.
        HAW ( hard at will) training every hour throughout the day.

            1 WEEK IN!

            Yeasterday another 3 hour session

            120mins stretching
            30 mins or jelk, squuezes and ulis
            30 mins edging. DNBL

            Woops i found out i was edging the wrong way. I was wanking till the PONR then doing hard kegel. Then repeating, thats probs why i got blueballs.

            Im doing it the right way now and i think ive got it pretty well sussed.

                Nah i didnt loose anything. I think because i cemented my initial gains. And i didn't intily stop for 4 years, i still did my EQ routine every now and again. Probably like once every 1 to 3 months.

                      When i am doing my streches, I am starting to focus more on straightening out the curve that i have to the left. So 80 % of my streches i did, were to the right.

                      I am also doing bends arround my warm rice sock to the right. To stetch against the bend, in a curved shape.

                        I am feeling pretty good about this routine, i am keeping up my EQ yet still making good progress with my BPSF. I did a sneaky measure of stretched length and it is increasing.

                        But i want to wait untill 2 weeks is up so i can do a 'non sneaky measure' and post the results. So 4 more days. I am feeling pretty good with the visual results so far.
