Been focusing on doing kegels this week, no method to the madness though. Just popping some off whenever I think about it. Shooting to improve what is already great, EQ. Also curious if I can get some extra distance when the burrito fires off lol.

I must call you Sir coz you're king of the forum haha, just throwing in some respect for all the effort you've given to this forum and yourself and respecting the gains. Off the topic question, but I'm interested how old were you when you started PE-ing and how old are you now (if no secret).
Current: 5 x 4.5 (BPEL x EG), 2.5 flaccid
Goal (hope so in 3 years): 7.25 x 5.71 erected and 4.5 flaccid

Hey UB, quick question for you. When you started using the QEP, how long was it before you started listening to your body for when to add rods instead of sticking to the manufacturers recommended schedule for adding rods?
Start: 01/29/21 BPEL: 6.25, MEG: 5.1
As of: 02/28/21 BPEL: 6.75, MEG: 5.25
Short term goal: stick with it for at least 3 months!
Long term goal: BPEL 8.0

I followed the program all the way through and then started adding rods when it felt right. I think the program stated that after every so many hours you could add a bar but I just waited until I felt like there was slack and then added another bar to see if it was too much. I recommend adding a bar half way into your extending for that day so that it's not a lot at once and then gradually adding it sooner and sooner until you are wearing it all day with the new rod.

Sounds good. I hadn't thought of adding rods and removing them later, that would actually work well for me. My problem is when I am doing my early morning extending session while lying in bed, I have got to the point where I have the rods screwed all the way out and there's almost no tension from the springs. However, when sitting, the penis naturally gets pulled into the body, so I have tension even when I don't have the rods screwed out at all.
I think tomorrow I will add in a .5cm rod during the early AM extending and remove it when I begin my work day sitting at my desk.Start: 01/29/21 BPEL: 6.25, MEG: 5.1
