Introduction (written two days ago):
I'm average in size, 6,5 EL and 5,5 EG, but taking my medicine, cymbalta and topamax, makes my EQ quite bad and gives me some ED.
I need to take my medicine, because every time in my life that I have stopped taking it... Things have gone BAD.
So I read about JP90 here about for weeks ago and started doing that. After only a week I got great PIs!
Larger flaccid hang lasting all day
Increased night and morning wood
Increased hardness of erections
Easier to achieve erections
Increase of normal size
Increased horniness
So I went in over my head and over did it...
I started doing more manual stretches and doing the jp90 twice a day. I got bad PIs.
Decreased hardness of erections
Loss of size
ED
Yeah, I know. Yay.
I wasn't a member and I was reading posts by not beginners. Now I am a member, and have read the things I should have read at the start. I hope I haven't done permanent damage...
So... I'm at week four now and taking 3 days rest. Then I'm going to start with jp90 and stick with it. 5 days on 2 days off.
My goals are better EQ and no ED at all.
And, if possible, 7,5 EL and 6,5 EG.
Supplements: 4 cloves of garlic every morning, some pickled ginger every morning, nettle and chamomile tea, mulitvitamines, B complex, Whey Powder, l-arginine, fish oil. (I'm a vegeterian but I eat fish because they are silly).
I'm 34 years old with a girlfriend/partner and three children. We don't live together. I live with my autistic daughter and she with my sons. The situation doesn't make my sexlife very ambitious.
Today I live healthy but in my 20s I drank a lot and took some drugs and was self destructive. I don't drink any alcohol today and I work out four days a week.
This PE feels like a second puberty, or something.
I thought I could get better EQ by ballooning and edging to porn, climaxing by my own once a week. But I believe that porn might desensitize me, so I'm going to quit that. I used it earlier as a tool to practice my erection.
And I believe it's important to massage your balls, gently! This have helped me some. And cooling them as often as you can throughout the day. It helps to build up testosterone which you need to battle ED.
