    Introduction (written two days ago):

    I'm average in size, 6,5 EL and 5,5 EG, but taking my medicine, cymbalta and topamax, makes my EQ quite bad and gives me some ED.
    I need to take my medicine, because every time in my life that I have stopped taking it... Things have gone BAD.
    So I read about JP90 here about for weeks ago and started doing that. After only a week I got great PIs!

    Larger flaccid hang lasting all day
    Increased night and morning wood
    Increased hardness of erections
    Easier to achieve erections
    Increase of normal size
    Increased horniness

    So I went in over my head and over did it...
    I started doing more manual stretches and doing the jp90 twice a day. I got bad PIs.

    Decreased hardness of erections
    Loss of size
    ED




    Yeah, I know. Yay.
    I wasn't a member and I was reading posts by not beginners. Now I am a member, and have read the things I should have read at the start. I hope I haven't done permanent damage...

    So... I'm at week four now and taking 3 days rest. Then I'm going to start with jp90 and stick with it. 5 days on 2 days off.

    My goals are better EQ and no ED at all.
    And, if possible, 7,5 EL and 6,5 EG.

    Supplements: 4 cloves of garlic every morning, some pickled ginger every morning, nettle and chamomile tea, mulitvitamines, B complex, Whey Powder, l-arginine, fish oil. (I'm a vegeterian but I eat fish because they are silly).

    I'm 34 years old with a girlfriend/partner and three children. We don't live together. I live with my autistic daughter and she with my sons. The situation doesn't make my sexlife very ambitious.
    Today I live healthy but in my 20s I drank a lot and took some drugs and was self destructive. I don't drink any alcohol today and I work out four days a week.
    This PE feels like a second puberty, or something.

    I thought I could get better EQ by ballooning and edging to porn, climaxing by my own once a week. But I believe that porn might desensitize me, so I'm going to quit that. I used it earlier as a tool to practice my erection.

    And I believe it's important to massage your balls, gently! This have helped me some. And cooling them as often as you can throughout the day. It helps to build up testosterone which you need to battle ED.

    So an update:

    I'm on the last day of the rest.

    Yesterday my partner and I was in the mood. I was nervous because my very negative PI and it had felt like a dead snake was decaying in my pants all day. But all of the sudden, with a snap, it was as if a cork popped out of my bottle. 100% EQ and we could make some sweet love.

    Today it's like I can't keep the one eyed snake down and I keep checking her out. My balls feels like they have a life of thier own. I keep pouring coold water on them when ever I go to the bathroom.

    I feel a bit weird about writing about all this.

    Anyway, I will update soon and I will measure every last day of every month.

        I have to write how amazing it is that this work and how crazy it is that I just heard about PE four weeks ago!
        Well I had heard about penis pumps and extenders but was thinking that those things where expensive bullshits.
        Why didn't I start with this earlier in my life?

                  So June the 26.
                  Back on track.

                  Morning:
                  Did 10 Uli for 30sec each before the jp90. And with every jelq I waited a sec or two , holding the second hand firmly in place before starting to move it up the shaft.

                  This is my first Uli work out. It doesn't seem like it will do anything at all. It doesn't feel like an advanced grip. It doesn't feel like anything special at all. I might be doing it wrong?

                    I haven't measured one single time yet, only the starting stats. I will only check on the last day of each month. So I will check on friday. In four days. It looks and feels like something has happened. Flaccid is longer at least.

                      Something "popped" today... Got me a bit scared so I searched it and found this from JonPop: "Lig pop is most generally caused when the penis is rotated close to the body in a circle, either to the right or left.
                      This feeling, because it is not audible, is caused from the ligaments riding over the pubic bone. This is nothing to worry about. It just feels weird.
                      When I first started on my Newbie routine, I would get lig pops when I rotated to the right. This has not happened in a very long time. I think the lig's actually stretch themselves past this, so that in time, this discontinues."

                        So June the 26.
                        Back on track.

                        Morning:

                        I'm still not sure about the Uli. I do the Uli grip like It's shown on this site, but it feels like a weak exercise.

                            Took a rest day June 28, because my EQ wasn't great when me and my partner were having sex. It was great at first then it went down to 75% because of long foreplay. It went up to 100% when penetration happened and she came very fast.
