    Hello and welcome to my progress log. I'm 21, I have suffered from Premature Ejaculation and sometimes I've not been able to get it fully erect because of Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction. Everything changes now.

    My goal is to have a healthier penis. I want harder erections, I want to last longer in bed, I want to satisfy my partner for hours. I want to be SPECTACULAR in bed.

    What's my plan of action?

    • NO PORN AT ALL
    • Kegels and Reverse Kegels
    • Edging
    • Gym and Yoga
    • Penis Enlargement Exercises
    • Diet and Supplements

    I'm going to be taking this slow, goal-by-goal. I am in no hurry. I know this is a long road..

    Day 01 (26/06/2017)

    -No Porn, Masturbation or Edging today. I will start edging after I've completed week one.
    -5 minutes of Hindi Squat
    -My Kegel Routine for today:-
    • Do a kegel hold for 1 second, 15 times in a row.
    • Rest for 20 seconds.
    • Repeat those steps 4 more times.
    • Squeeze the BC muscle for 5 seconds, followed by a 15 second rest. Then repeat 5 times.
    • Squeeze and hold for 10 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds then repeat twice.
    • Do quick 1 second kegels 30 times. Rest for 30 seconds and then repeat twice.
    • Squeeze and try to hold the kegel for 30 seconds continuously. Rest and then try again twice more. If you can’t manage 30 seconds, just hold it for as long as you can comfortably. (Kegel Exercises For Men - My Complete Guide)

    -Reverse Kegels to stop IK only
    -Meditation and Positive Affirmations

      Great goals. Reach out if you get in a hard spot and need some support. The AP90 thread would be a good place to plug in also. Take care.

        I started about a month ago and just quit porn your going to want to give up at some points but just keep pushing through in the end it will pay off

          Yes, it surely will pay off. I'm a member of the NoFap community since two years now, not really addicted to porn anymore. Just like you, I'm also trying to improve myself for the real game. All the best, man.

            Day 02 (27/06/2017)

            - No Porn, Masturbation or Orgasm
            - 5 minutes of Hindi Squat
            - Reverse Kegels to stop IK
            - Meditation and Positive Affirmations
            - Omega-3 2000mg and L-Arginine 500mg (to improve blood circulation leading to better erections)
            - No Smoking

            I did not meditate yesterday but I will, today.

              DAY 03 (28/06/2017)

              Had sex with my girlfriend. In the first round, I came in 5 seconds with 6/10 EQ. In the second round, which we began just after a minute's break, I started with 6/10 EQ again and it slowly improved to 8/10. I lasted for more than 40 minutes in the second round. Gave her multiple orgasms and came only when she asked me to. HAH, she even asked me if I was on Viagra.

                    DAY 04 (29/06/2017)

                    No porn, masturbation or orgasm today. My penis needs some more time after yesterday's sex. I did some Hindi Squat and Cat-Cow Yoga pose today morning. I'll do my kegel routine tonight before sleeping. I involuntarily kegel a lot, so I need to work on that too. From 1st July, 2017, I will start the JP90 program for the first time. Also, I will start working out again to get back in shape and to lose this excess fat that I've gained. Yoga for pelvic floor muscles three times a week starting from tomorrow. Oh, and I've quit smoking cigarettes permanently to improve blood circulation throughout my body.

                    Morning Yoga Routine (5:30 or 6 AM)

                    Kapalbhati Pranayam (5 minutes each)
                    Chair Pose (5 long, deep breaths)
                    Locust Pose ( ^ )
                    Bridge Pose ( ^ )
                    Supine Bound Angle Pose ( ^ )
                    Hindi Squat (5 minutes hold)

                    I will make or find a new kegel routine to cure IK tomorrow.

                        DAY 05 (30/06/2017)

                        Edged for 20 minutes and then finally ejaculated last night. Nothing else.

                        DAY 06 (01/07/2017)

                        Just got done with my morning Yoga routine. I am not starting the JP90 program from today. Me and my girlfriend are going for trekking for 10-15 days this month. I will start it when I get back home. Yoga for pelvic floor balance done, I'll do some kegels before sleeping and I won't smoke any cigarettes today.

                            Very unproductive day. I didn't do anything to improve my penile health or size.

                            I just did my morning Yoga routine and I will be giving JP90 a try today, just to see how much time it actually takes.
