Hey guys, thought i wud start up a log. Firstly i have a condition called 'hypospadias', I dont have an extreme case so my penis looks pretty normal appart from my forskin which is only the top half of my penis! feel free to look it up
I have been PE'ing on and off since November last year. Have finally got into a proper routine this month, so hopefully will see some gains!
I always wonder if gians come harder cos of my condition? but who knows il jus have to persevere i guess!
Here are my initial stats:
NBPEL: 4.5 inches
EG: 5 inches
Im still doin Jp's beginners routine.
Started doin a few ULI's yesterday
Trying the ball sack massage thing, to try bring my high riding sack down!
Im trying to get to 6 inches soon! but yeah its taking time and effort.
I havent measured properly since novemeber so il measure up again end of this month, fingers crossed!
*Anyone with hypospadias, hit me up!

Hey man good luck,stick to it and youll see some amizing things happen,once you see that first gain itll motivate the shit out of you to stick with it

Had a real good workout today:
-5 min warm up (hot water from the shower)
-5 min stretches up down left right, circluar swings.
-Jelqs 40reps (Stretching at the end of each stroke)
-V jelqs 30reps (pulling up and stretching at the end of each stroke)
-Jelqs 30reps (More intense stretching at the end of each stoke)
-V jelqs 30reps (pulling up and stretching at the end of each stroke)
-5 ULI's (Just learning how to do them)
-The odd scrotum massage in between.
Noticed my flacid length and girth have gotten slight longer/thicker, but they tend vary quite a bit. But still gud signs!! cant wait to meaure up end of the month

Trying to keep consistent with workouts, hopefully will try this for the next few months:
workout 2 days, 1 day break
workout 3 days, 2 day break
so an 8 day cycle. started yesterday.
Getting more confident and happy bout my junk

wow cudnt resist the urge to measure! so i did! and.... iv grown!! only a little.. but its working!
heres my new stats:
Length
NBPEL: 4.75 Inches
BPEL: 5.2 Inches
Girth
Shaft botom: 5.25 inches
Shaft top: 5 inches
Checked like 10 times lol! iv gained!! sweeeeet jus gota get ta 6 inches now!!
