Hello all, and thanks for reading my first post in my Beginner's Log. Today, I will be resting, as I edged yesterday while trying to get a max measurement for my member. Below is a list of all my initial measurements from 7/11/17, and I will also go through my planned routine. Any advice would be sorely welcome, thanks.
BPEL: 6 1/16" NBEL: 5 5/8"
BPFSL: 5.75" NBPFSL: 6.25"
BEG: 5 MEG: 5 1/16" HEG: 4"
FL: 3 11/16 EQ: 8 out of 10
I know this may not seem like a beginner routine, but I plan on mainly using the JP90 routine for the first 3 months, with a few more stretches added in for good measure. I've been edging for quite a few years now, and I feel like my unit is conditioned well enough for some of these medium-advanced exercises. I've tried them all now, and I believe I should have no problems. My FL already seems a little more healthy looking, after doing a single practice run over the weekend. Might just be Eroset's Vein Oil though.
Warm-up - Wet Rag - 10 min
Basic Stretches + Helicopter Shakes - 6-8 minutes Exactly as described in the Revised JP 90 Day Routine Source: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html
The Squeeze - Big Al's Squeeze. - 5-7 minutes Source: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...ml#post1210122

The Slow Crank - 8-10 minutes Another one from BA. Source: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post133298
Jelq - 3 sets of 50 wet jelqs, and 30 v-jelqs - about 10 to 15 minutes
Warm-down - Wet Rag - 10 min
I will also be doing a 50:50 kegel:reverse kegel ratio while mainly focusing on back reverse kegels, as my pelvic floor seems weak maybe. I foresee changing this up some as time goes on, because I know I'm not familiar at all with these exercises. I really still need to go through these exercises, and decide which will be best for me.
All in all, my routine should take about an hour a night, two days on, one day off to start. This way, with a regimented routine I can just say that I did the full routine, and I won't have to go to in depth after each workout. I'll probably only mention my EQ and my FL, as those are pretty good indicators of a healthy member, as I understand it. Wish me luck.
