I had a mixture here I was using on myself and on my wife for a while. It was about 30% almond oil and the rest coconut oil. I added the almond so the coconut wouldn't so easily turn solid and we could just drizzle it onto our parts.. It was pretty good actually. I used that up and we went back to Vaseline for some reason, don't ask, I never said I was real bright ! So when I started PE well I was using lube till the infection.

Coconut oil & cocoa butter cream both have natural anti-fugal & anti-bacterial properties plus moisturize skin well. I use mineral oil to jelq, but apply cocoa butter cream to my shaft & balls after "manscaping" or when wearing my leather balls-stretcher to reduce flaking & control jock itch. Works well for me!

Yeah, almond oil is antifungal too. Dah, what a dummy ! I know what I'm going to do, I bet a drop or two of that Astroglide X will really prolong the other oils with just a few drops added. The coconut oil is probably fine for the jelqs alone. See the real problem is sex, we like to hand rub each other and I mean a lot ( not so much often as long when we do it), long time . I have those multi O's and she can do 2 -3 O's so we can rub for an hour easy and if it didn't tire her hand probably two hours. This can go on and you don't notice the lube wearing out on ya and the next thing you know the next day you got trouble .

If your sweat a lot in the groin area (like I do) in summer especially, you can apply tolnaftate cream to your balls and wear a cock ring 24/7 to help hold your balls away from your legs better. I've found wearing a surgical steel c-ring keeps me much cooler worn "commando", and REALLY is effective in controlling jock itch.

I started at your age and have enjoyed relatively good gains.
hopefully your reading included the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
i have always done dry Jelqing; however, I use cocoa butter when I pump, which keeps the skin from drying out.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.
Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

I have a bad nut, a cock ring around the sack is not a great idea for me. The nut has a cyst on it, the doc says it's pretty common but it can tend to ache. Added to that is an old hernia surgery on the same side that gets messed up sometimes. Too bad because I love the feeling of both commando and my nuts protruding a bit from a ring. And I can sweat the first half of the night pretty well. Funny how a ring captures your nuts, you would think it would feel mentally constraining when it actually feels liberating. How odd is that ? No I really like it but unfortunately it pulls on that bad nut and it's cord after a while. I wish I could wear a metal ring ! My balls are big too, so it's a little tough getting in, then not always that tight once in. Long story short , it's probably best to leave that one to you ! I'll take commando anytime it's warm enough to do it, and that's even around the house when home alone if given half a chance and enough time to enjoy it. I seriously love being naked if at all practical and it's healthy to air things out too..

Yes I read Start Here several times before starting and again after. I have starting numbers but no photos, I don't photograph my penis and such things. And I won't measure again till 3 months in. Hope it shows real gain and not just a puffed up idea of gain. But hey it looks a lot stronger at least. i did measure girth once about 4 weeks in and it looked to be about 1/4" gain at the base and I know there is more overall because I can feel it in my hands, it's broadening in width when fully erect with two distinct tunics and more veins.

As an older guy myself, I have to say that I feel I haven't jelqed hard enough unless I do have some edema buildup ("a few dots of water sacks or what ever you call those things"). I don't feel it is a negative because I am causing it. People think of edema and relate it to swollen feet, or huge fluid buildups in the arms, heart, etc., that occur suddenly or because of poor circulation. Not the same thing. Mine is caused because I jelq with a very intense grip and force more fluid up into my glans then my penis can accommodate. I feel that the more blood/fluid I jelq up my shaft the better the expansion of my smooth muscle cells. However, many disagree with me, and we all must chart our own path.
