    So here is the deal, I ditched the dry jelqs and I also ditched the Vaseline as lube. Instead I mixed up my old lube formula of 1 part almond oil with 2 parts coconut oil. Liberally wet everything down after the warming and stretch session. I think I mentioned I had been doing 175-200 jelq comfortably but got some soreness and a rash and water trapped. So with my natural oil lube , it's very comfortable feeling and I'm doing 90 jelqs for time being, some very light water pockets show up that go away in a couple of hours, no soreness or rash yet. My grip is just tight enough to not see the veins refill with blood as my fingers pass by and I hold for about 3 seconds each rep. I follow with some light stretches a wipe down and a heat down , dry off and that's it. The entire ordeal is maybe 30 minutes with warm up.

    I'd like to get back to around 175 reps, that was working well till the skin soreness set in and the rash/jock itch. I'm coming up on week 7 incidentally. But ya, thanks to who reminded of natural oils, it seems to be working and that's great ! This is going to be my long term lube.

    Today I changed up my stretches to the ones Big Al has mentioned for length gains, skipping the girth gain ones for now ( I do some twists for that at other times). He said you needed 6 weeks of PE before doing these and I'm at 7 weeks. So I introduced 40 reps of these today after heating up. I didn't want to over do it. I'm just wondering if I need to include other stretches or just those are sufficient for now ? These are the ones you do standing and pull straight down, then left and right as one rep. I can see these being beneficial for length for sure, when I got done I sat on the couch and my penis was dangling down almost 7 inches, which is the most I've seen for a semi flaccid dangle like that, the head was actually laying on the cushion instead of just touching the cushion, that's a first. I'm sure it's going to retract but that's ok. Big Al says this is fairly intense, so I went easy and only 50 reps of wet jelqing to follow. Tomorrow is a day off, I wanted to get this in before that rest. Also after some time in I'm going to want to try and cement this. My full erection is still short though, way less than that after stretching thing I saw today.

    If I have another question or two, should I be creating another thread ?

    So tell me something, besides the fact that they get you into a semi erect state and feel awesome, what is the point to helicopter shakes ? I know I read something on it a while ago but never found it again. I love them for the feeling but what should I be gaining from them ?
