Some of you guys have seen the posts I have made, obviously I am just coming out of some personal issues.
Health, body and mind.
Everything.
And my penis has suffered long enough.
I need to deal with my insecurities. I am making a progress "blog" or "thread". PE is the byproduct of my progress. I want to gain my erections back before I start any rigorous PE routine.
I bought a bathmate really cheap I was going to return it but I think I will keep it. I will start using it properly when I get my erections back by a more natural process.
I am trying to stop "faping". I managed two days then this morning I had these thoughts and wanted to try. It was hard to get and maintain an erection and my penis was sore and aching. I was at like 50% erection level maybe a bit more.
I think this will really help me to talk about what I am doing.
I have started exercising. I do not really like going to the gym and I like more natural methods that get me a reward. Like cycling. I love cycling so I started again. Day before yesterday I cycled 7 miles over massive hills. I worked all day gardening. Yesterday I cycled a few miles to see my friend. Today I carried a 12 litres of water and my shopping for about a mile up hill.
This may not sound like much but considering I was not exercising at all it is really good for me.
GOALS
Soon my GF will be moving in with me I want to be feeling good for her. I am trying to loose some weight I am 85kg!! i am meant to be like 70kg! So my goals are to improve my EQ, lose weight and be healthier for her when she arrives.
I WILL keep doing at least 20 minutes rigorous exercise a day.
I am cutting back on, or even going to cut out completely CARBS. I have a condition and when I tried this before I was waking up every day at 7am with tones of energy, my eyesight was clear and I felt great. I want to feel like that again. At the moment I have crappy energy levels and my POTS (dysautonomia) is still not great.
I HAVE BEEN ILL FOR 10 YEARS!!! TIME TO MAKE SOME CHNGES!! MY WINKY NEEDS ME!! So does my girls vagina. :P
I WILL stop masturbating I want to cum inside my woman. I want to have great EQ and her to notice I feel harder and bigger.
She is coming in mid September. So I have over a month to improve things.
ALSO I WANT TO BE THINKING MORE POSITIVE!
When I feel that my sex drive and EQ has got a bit more normal I want to start a stealth routine in the shower with my BATHMATE. I got it for £30 which is half price! I was going to return but I really like the concept.
I WILL PUT UP PHOTOS of my dick as PROOF of any improvements. I really appreciate it when people so this I want to prove to myself and others that I am making improvements. AND when I do start some PE I want to document that. I will create a routine when I feel my JOHNSON is ready.
