    Some of you guys have seen the posts I have made, obviously I am just coming out of some personal issues.
    Health, body and mind.

    Everything.

    And my penis has suffered long enough.

    I need to deal with my insecurities. I am making a progress "blog" or "thread". PE is the byproduct of my progress. I want to gain my erections back before I start any rigorous PE routine.

    I bought a bathmate really cheap I was going to return it but I think I will keep it. I will start using it properly when I get my erections back by a more natural process.

    I am trying to stop "faping". I managed two days then this morning I had these thoughts and wanted to try. It was hard to get and maintain an erection and my penis was sore and aching. I was at like 50% erection level maybe a bit more.


    I think this will really help me to talk about what I am doing.

    I have started exercising. I do not really like going to the gym and I like more natural methods that get me a reward. Like cycling. I love cycling so I started again. Day before yesterday I cycled 7 miles over massive hills. I worked all day gardening. Yesterday I cycled a few miles to see my friend. Today I carried a 12 litres of water and my shopping for about a mile up hill.

    This may not sound like much but considering I was not exercising at all it is really good for me.

    GOALS
    Soon my GF will be moving in with me I want to be feeling good for her. I am trying to loose some weight I am 85kg!! i am meant to be like 70kg! So my goals are to improve my EQ, lose weight and be healthier for her when she arrives.

    I WILL keep doing at least 20 minutes rigorous exercise a day.

    I am cutting back on, or even going to cut out completely CARBS. I have a condition and when I tried this before I was waking up every day at 7am with tones of energy, my eyesight was clear and I felt great. I want to feel like that again. At the moment I have crappy energy levels and my POTS (dysautonomia) is still not great.

    I HAVE BEEN ILL FOR 10 YEARS!!! TIME TO MAKE SOME CHNGES!! MY WINKY NEEDS ME!! So does my girls vagina. :P

    I WILL stop masturbating I want to cum inside my woman. I want to have great EQ and her to notice I feel harder and bigger.

    She is coming in mid September. So I have over a month to improve things.

    ALSO I WANT TO BE THINKING MORE POSITIVE!

    When I feel that my sex drive and EQ has got a bit more normal I want to start a stealth routine in the shower with my BATHMATE. I got it for £30 which is half price! I was going to return but I really like the concept.

    I WILL PUT UP PHOTOS of my dick as PROOF of any improvements. I really appreciate it when people so this I want to prove to myself and others that I am making improvements. AND when I do start some PE I want to document that. I will create a routine when I feel my JOHNSON is ready.

    Today I carried 12KG of water for 1.3KM up hill. Plus a rucksack full of my shopping. I was sweating!

    Going to try out bathmate I know I do not have good EQ or anything and my penis wants a rest but I decided to keep it so I want to see what it is like. Then I will put away for a while. I just want to remember what having a proper boner feels like.

      Just for a laugh i tried the bathmate didn't seem to work out well. It seemed to suck all my skin around my penis up and not give me a full hard on. I used a air pump before and that made my penis fully erect. This didn't. I tried it standing up in the shower and I haven't shaved my pubes. Will try shaving pubes and sitting in bath.

        Ate ham steaks and kale for late lunch. No carbs this meal. Feel good and more relaxed. Carbs seem to make my anxiety worse. Maybe I will sleep well tonight

          Had eggs and vegetables for dinner. Feeling better already taking carbs out of the mix.

          Penis got over worked from the bathmate and have swollen! I did two sets of 30second stretches inbetween bathmate suction. Shame as I feel quite horny today.

          Have job interview in the morning. Thinking I might cycle but it is an hour cycling! Need new bike pump, my tires are not fully hard so might get public transport.

          Feeling so much more positive now I am taking actions to improve my self esteem. I want to have a noticeably different penis by mid september when my GF arrives to live with me. Even just EQ improvement will be enough! But a little bit of growth wouldn't hurt!

          Hope I sleep well tonight. I think I will without the carbs in my blood. I already look healthier after one day. Seriously! I have more blood in my face. I was reading about the inflammation that gluten causes.. I think avoiding grains will really help my autonomic nervous condition.

            So I measures myself after I couldn't help but masturbate even with the swollen foreskin! It felt better than usual and I put out a lot of semen!

            It felt really good and I was able to maintain an erection without forcing it!

            Only after one day of new diet and some bathmate.

              So this morning I woke up and did about 7 minutes jelqing without warm up. Probably not a good idea?

              I felt good from the pump and masturbating yesterday and just wanted to touch my johnson without masturbating.

              Went for job interview but didn't cycle tires flat. Pump arrived today. Find out if I got the job on Tuesday.

                Woke up and wanted to play with my shlong so I didn't warm up and did about 7 minutes of jelqing ending with orgasm. I did some edgin while fapping. NO PORN! not for about a week or more. I think of my GF instead.

                I warmed down afterwards in the sink with hot water for a few minutes.

                Will keep up my simple routine as things seems to be improving. Will have to see if I get enema again!

                  Strange I got extra 1 cm already maybe just from EQ and getting to my size..

                    Noticed I am a lot happier and calm, I am exercising more. Cycling up some massive hills today. Everyday I want to get in a sweat for about 20 minutes. Tomorrow I am gardening for half the day so some good exercise there

                      Stretches each direction 30 seconds.

                        Having day off. Yesterday I forced an erection and masturbated when my penis didn't want it. Sometimes I just get really horny and force it
