    Hey all. It's me, NastyNazgul, aka Deep Dixon, aka Hungus Humongous, aka Cheddar Jackson, aka QuesoRamon, aka CubanMissleCrisis, aka Alter E.G.O., aka Chief Runs-With-Squirrels, aka a whole bunch of other pseudonyms I can't remember.

    What's up. This PE stuff sounds awesome, and I want in. I'm cautiously optimistic. Join me on this weird journey.

    I'll be doing JP90's routine and updating this log regularly. Please feel free to comment and make suggestions.

    Routine consists of:
    1) 5-minute warm up
    2) 5-minute stretching in all directions
    3) 25-30 minutes wet jelqs (standard ones @ ~80% EQ and some V-jelqs)
    4) 5 minute cool-down

    5 days on, 2 days off. One full jelq takes about 3 seconds.

    Starting stats (08/10/2017):
    BPEL (bone-pressed erect length): 7.25"
    EG (erect girth): 5.5"

    Goals:
    BPEL (bone-pressed erect length): 8"
    EG (erect girth): 6"

    I think my goals are attainable. Here goes nothing.

      Day 3

      Some thoughts:

      1) My flaccid length and girth have probably doubled since starting! I don't care much about flaccid length and girth (I'm a "grower", not a "shower"), but it's still nice. I didn't measure initial length and girth when flaccid, so you'll just have to take my word for it that the increase is significant. That's a good sign, right?

      2) Jelqs are great. When I'm doing them, my EQ is much higher than normal.

      3) I highly recommend using coconut oil when jelqing. You only need a small amount and it'll last the entire session (no need to re-apply).

      4) Instead of counting each individual jelq, I'm going to do as many as I can in 30 minutes, i.e., just set the timer and go. Each jelq takes about 2-3 seconds.

      5) Absolutely no pain or discomfort at all during PE or after. This was a concern of mine before starting, but I'm happy that it was unfounded.

        larger more "responsive" flaccid is a good sign most guys get when beginning PE; however, I WARN YOU regarding MOST of the remainder of your post....Overzealous PE leads to injury & setbacks, so PAY ATTENTION!

        1)YOUR EQ should be at 50-65% when jelquing as a beginner. Higher EQ leads to injuries before you're conditioned.
        It's normal to be overly erect when starting PE, because you're handling your penis daily, but you need to adjust your mindset. PE is exercise, NOT MASTURBATION, so adjust your brain to think of PE like going to workout at the gym.

        2) GOOD! No problem here!

        3) WRONG APPROACH! I don't have a problem with timing your segments of PE as opposed to counting, but your focus needs to be on the QUALITY of the exercises & performing them CORRECTLY, NOT "DOING AS MANY AS YOU can in30 MINUTES". <THAT WILL OVER-WORK YOUR DICK, LIMITING YOUR SUCCESS, AND POTENTIALLY LEAD TO INJURY.

        4) Good! No problem here, either.

        Instead of "cool"...just a reminder, to WARM UP PROPERLY BEFORE EVERY PE SESSION! < Another great tip to avoid injury!

            Day 5

            More warm-ups, more light stretching, more jelqs. EQ has generally been up. Interestingly enough, libido is also up...is this a placebo effect, or is this a nice side-effect? Either way, I ain't complaining.

              So far, so good!

              I need to work on "not finishing" after jelqing, if you know what I mean. It's hard (no pun intended?).

                Still at it. 5 days on, 2 days off.
                Erections are definitely stronger. No changes in length nor width, but it's probably too early to measure, anyway. When should I expect noticeable gains? Not impatient, but a timeframe would be nice.

                Hair conditioner is terrible lube for jelqing, by the way. Choices are limited when you're visiting family in a different state.

                  Seriously, if I can reach 8"x 6" BPEL I would be so happy. It's not a very far-off goal. I want a porn dick.

                    Fiancée just said my dick feels "heavier" (her words, not mine!). It definitely feels much heavier since beginning PE, and EQ is significantly higher than before.

                    Can't wait for her to say, "it's definitely bigger than before...what have you been feeding it?!" before promptly jamming it in her throat.

                          It's been a month! Haven't measured yet, but I think I need more time before I do that. I'll measure at the 3-month mark. Even a quarter-inch gain in length at the 3-month mark would make me happy.

                          Routine has consisted of:

                            THIS^^^ is a good routine, just watch your EQ. You might try controlling / reducing your erection for jelqs to 50-60% YOU'LL GET MORE STRETCH THAT WAY, MAKING YOUR JELQS MORE EFFECTIVE & REDUCE YOUR CHANCES OF INJURY.

                              I should also mention that I started dieting and exercising consistently the same day I started PE. I've lost 9 pounds so far! Started at 205 lbs. and now I weigh 196 lbs.

                              Simultaneously gaining (length/girth) and losing (fat)!
