Hey guys, for newbies, this really works just stick to it. Gained 0.63 inches in length and 0.47 in in girth. My girlfriend used to be able to do doggy style no problems at all, but now she feels uncomfortable. So I guess that's a good sign, at least for me 🤣🤣
Routine: 10-15 min warm up
Helicopter shakes, stretch to the left for 25-30 sec, 5 big circles for each side
Repeat the same to the right, straight, up, down
Wet jelq:10-15min
Warm down:5min
Edging: between 5-25 min

Nice gains
ive been doing PE for three month as well
i finished my routine Friday and will measure tomorrow and start a new routine
i might try this one
are you sticking with this routine or trying a different one?

Street logic would suggest if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Continue the programme that works for you until you hit a plateau.

I tried to increase the intensity and it turtled. So I will just stick to the same
