After a few months of researching and browsing through this site I decided to go into PE mode.
Motivation 1: I have had sex just a handful of times in my short life and I suffered from Psychological ED (I know this because only happens when it's time for penetration, I can easily get to 100% masturbating on my own) I'm 19, I don't watch porn at all, I go to the gym regularly, my bodyfat is probably no more than 13% and I eat very clean during the week, so I figured out my ED is psychologycal, I've been reading here that jelqing can help with stronger erections so that's something that I'm interested in.
Motivation 2: I've always been conscious about my size and in combination with my Psycological ED it definitely doesn't make it any better, my current stats are these:
NPBEL: 5.3-5.5 inches
BPEL: 5.7 inches
EG: 4.75 inches
my goals are these
NBPEL: 6.5 inches
EG: 5.25 inches
(So i will need to gain from 1-1.2 inches in length and 0.5 inches in girth)

First session completed, I really liked the exercises so far.
After I warmed up 10 minutes I put on some coconut oil and I started to do stretches but I found them difficult to do with the oil, for the jelqing was great though, do you guys recommend I keep on using the oil for stretches or there's no problem if I do them dry?

Stretches you do them dry as your grip will likely slip. Use the oil or other lube of your choice for the jelqing.

Second session completed.
Today was a very good session although I noticed something, when I was jelqing at a 40%-60% erection level I had to think of erotic stuff because my dick started to lose erection, I don't know if it's normal but I just can't achieve erections with just stimulation (that may be the key to my Psychological ED problem) I have to be constantly fantasizing.
I have read that a healthy young male should be able to get it up by just stimulation alone, any opinions on that?

Another succesful session completed (I didn't post yesterday but I still got my workout done)
I'm starting to get comfortable with Jelqing and Stretching, although I still have some doubts about my grip when jelqing because I think it's a little light, I definitely feel the blood I'm pushing and the smooth muscle being trained but I guess only time and practice will give me the answer as to what grip level is the correct one.

After 2 days of PE today is rest day, I've noticed that my erections are getting harder and harder everytime I edge (I don't use Porn), so far I haven't seen any signs of gains but it's too early to say that, but for the erections I'm getting good results!
