First of all I am happy to see what a nice community this is here. It is refreshing to actually have a serious conversation about such subjects without being bullied all the time from somebody. Most forums aren't so pleasant. With other words, thank you making me feel welcome here.
This will be my log and today is basically day one. I haven't started my training but I am off porn and masturbation 3 days now. I am 47 years old and have two boys with 16 and 18 years old. I am married about 20 years now. Honestly I was never really comfortable talking about sex and still dont talk with my wife about it either. In the first years how ever things was pretty good and who knows how many times a day but over the years things got slow. I was never a horse in this case and always a fast shooter but I did not have problems like I do for about the last 5-8 years.
Of course when I was younger and we had 5 times a day sex things also took longer but now I am down to 2-3 x month and things got really bad. Plus I really watched a ton of porn and masturbated basically every day. I am 100% convinced that a big part of my problem is exactly this bad habbits.
It is time to do something about it so I decided to work on my PreE Problem for good.
Steps taken:
1. I ban complete Porn (not a problem at all)
2. I ban for next months masturbation as well complete
3. I start working out with traditional sports every day. Nothing to crazy but every day 20-30 minutes running and some weight lifting.
4. I start with MinutesMan Routine and do for the next 3 month.
Lets see where this brings me...
Situation: Pre-E (about 30-60 seconds after penetration and only with numbing creme or condoms I am be able to keep it up for a couple of minutes)
Age: 47
No problems with EQ or otherwise ...
Routines start tomorrow....I keep you guys posted
