  • Day ONE of a lot to come...

    Hi guys,

    First of all I am happy to see what a nice community this is here. It is refreshing to actually have a serious conversation about such subjects without being bullied all the time from somebody. Most forums aren't so pleasant. With other words, thank you making me feel welcome here.

    This will be my log and today is basically day one. I haven't started my training but I am off porn and masturbation 3 days now. I am 47 years old and have two boys with 16 and 18 years old. I am married about 20 years now. Honestly I was never really comfortable talking about sex and still dont talk with my wife about it either. In the first years how ever things was pretty good and who knows how many times a day but over the years things got slow. I was never a horse in this case and always a fast shooter but I did not have problems like I do for about the last 5-8 years.

    Of course when I was younger and we had 5 times a day sex things also took longer but now I am down to 2-3 x month and things got really bad. Plus I really watched a ton of porn and masturbated basically every day. I am 100% convinced that a big part of my problem is exactly this bad habbits.

    It is time to do something about it so I decided to work on my PreE Problem for good.

    Steps taken:
    1. I ban complete Porn (not a problem at all)
    2. I ban for next months masturbation as well complete
    3. I start working out with traditional sports every day. Nothing to crazy but every day 20-30 minutes running and some weight lifting.
    4. I start with MinutesMan Routine and do for the next 3 month.

    Lets see where this brings me...

    Situation: Pre-E (about 30-60 seconds after penetration and only with numbing creme or condoms I am be able to keep it up for a couple of minutes)
    Age: 47
    No problems with EQ or otherwise ...

      My Log Table with all details which I think will be important in order to keep all tracked. I follow MinutesMan Guide https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...asm-guide.html which reflects the Levels in the Training Done Collum. I also keep track of any type of sexual activity of course and hope I can go throught the 3 month like this. Porn isnt a issue so far even if I was used to watch daily. Masturbation remains a question but so far no issue here either.... (PS: TE reflects time to ejaculation in minutes)

        next day... I did today the training again even if the recommendation was a day rest but since I am not sure if I did yesterday 100% right I think was okay to do another run today and rest tomorrow.

          Hi, guys yesterday I did not write in my log so I do this today. I had sex yesterday which would destroy my 3-month plan already but I actually did it for the better to have some ground rules and basic start will be next Monday. I did my practices and 6 days no porn or masturbating which is already not usual for me at all. How ever the full 3-month cycle including no sex,no porn,no masturbating will start Monday 28.08.2017...

                Update... Monday was my first real day. Did all my exercises and as well sport... A LOT of sport to be honest. I took on about 22 miles of Kayaking on our lake and river nearby. Other than that I am looking now at one week no porn or masturbation which is actually really special and I don't think in years I did this. Feeling good, don't miss the porn at all. But still getting used to it...lol

                    Ahh thx, get it and I can understand this position. I think everybody has to see this for himself. My approach is in this case not really scientific but more to get rid of bad habits.

                    Or let me say it like this. For me, the key is mostly training and follow MinuteMens guide. This can't be bad in any case and there for I am willing to do this. Aside of this, I want to get rid of bad habits which are mainly watching porn and masturbating. I am not saying masturbating itself is a bad habit but too much of it (x time a day) is.

                    I feel almost like a drug addict since the last days because I do not touch porn or masturbate, missing somehow something and think of daily... their for...bad habit

                    Allover I will see how far this brings me, if it brings me anything at all or if I hate it.... either way nothing to lose if I don't play around with my member for a couple of weeks.

                        Continuing with my training, keeping strong on the NO PORN AND NO MASTURBATION rules which was not as difficult as I thought before until now. How ever to do daily sport is a struggle for me. Too much going on and with my Kayak trip at the 28.08. I still have bad chest and foot pains because of a small accident. I plan to hit the sport finally out of the park starting next Monday. Other than that nothing special to report.

                            Hi guys, a small set back... sex again! Well, I could not resist. I am willing to do the 90 day thing but I took it less serious based on my current sports injury. Since I can't make sport (as wanted daily) and as I don't feel yet like I can jump to sub level 0.2 I kind of restart again. How ever I keep strong on the masturbation and no-porn rules.

                            looking forward to moving on to sub level 0.2
