so i did the 90 day beginners routine and had no gains. after that i decided to try the non jet routine and since I'm focusing on length I'm only doing the stretches.
i did that for 3 months .
first month i did 200
second month 400
third month 600
(5 days on 2 days off by the way)
What can i do now?

The entire routine. Continue increasing stretches to 1000. Some excersizes for the smooth muscle help the length growth also. Which beginner routine did you do?

JP's 90 day routine

I just want to say that I got the best results from JP90 doing 2 days on and one day off. Also reducing reps. but now that you have completed JP 90 at least your penis should be in better condition for other exercises. I know mine is, plus i did gain some.
In my case I have no interest in gaining any more than maybe another 1/4", I don't want to grow outside the honey zone for pleasing my wife. i am going to go on a conditioning routine after my rest this week. Not sure just what yet but I'll figure that part out, it's not like my pecker is going anywhere while I decide..

I did not see gains for 6 months. Give it time.
